太極運動字字解—模仿魚頭和魚尾

太極拳法求自然，模仿萬物學特點。

魚翅分水平陰陽，魚頭有勁往前鑽。

觀察魚尾來回擺，魚尾一擺水浪翻。

研究魚游演太極，手似分水頭頂前。

腳趾抓地拔脊背，模仿魚尾戲水歡。

水中行走阻力大，逆水而上是高參。

我順其臂逆行進，高手知道逆行安。

盤練太極似水行，多悟多練得真傳。

英文版（Translation）:

The movements in Taiji comes from nature,imitates everything"s feaure.

The fins moves Yin Yang change,the head drills forward with strength.

Observing the swing of the tail,like a boat with the sail.

Doing Taiji like the fish,with your head arms and toes.

Arms move like the fins,toes move like the tail.

Head drills forward,toes grab the ground.

Fish sailing against current,you"ll make forward movement.

Move along the enemy"s arm,attack the enemy with alarm.

Observing the movements of fish,get the essence of your wish.
