Do Artists Fail?

Art is born every day, notunder the influence of society and the masses, but today often the public tastedictates what kind of art should be. The artist"s position is insignificant. He is driven into a corner. It should be in a trend. But on the other hand, the artist throughout history was a kind of puppet or toy for the rich. Who are we artists? How to overcome this line between freedom and custom art? Future is blurry.

The artist combination of the show is "2Ex week"

This artist group was founded in 2017, with three members, vocal music artist Elena Kilina, electric voice artist Eugenio Altieri and painter Shuqiong Zhou. The direction of their performance is to show music, poetry and painting in a way of performance. Since then, two performances have been held.

Lena was born in Siberia,having graduated from music school as a piano and vocal major and her acdemic expertise in Asian studies,Chinese philosophy and anthropology. After receiving Master in social science between Sweden and Spain.Lena is currently conducting PHD in a field of visual anthropology and urban studies in Brazil and China.Ambassadorof the World Music School.

萊娜出生於西伯利亞，畢業於音樂學校，主修鋼琴和聲樂專業，在亞洲研究、中國哲學和人類學方面有豐富的專業知識。在完成關於瑞典和西班牙之間社會科學的碩士學業後。萊娜目前在巴西和中國影視人類學與城市研究領域進行博士學位，同時還是上海世界音樂學院的大使。

Zhou having graduated fromChina Academy of art in 2009,her acdemic major was Chinese traditrional ink painting.Now she is a visual artist,living and working inShanghai. She continues to create Chinese paintings and abstract paintings, and reproduces the aesthetics and philosophy of Chinese painting in the way of Act performanc,it also satirizes the distorted phenomena and values in Chinese life., and her art is open.

2016.11,Did a living painting performance atanuninterrupted 24 hours art event in Shanghai.

2017.3,did a performance「 Sexisim」 atladyfest in Shanghai.

2017.4, did performance 「Space」at「Recharge」art event in Shanghai.

2009年周畢業於中國美術學院，她的學術專業是中國山水畫。現在她是一位視覺藝術家，生活和工作在上海。她繼續創作中國畫和抽象畫，以行為的方式再現中國畫的美學和哲理，用戲謔的方式批判生活中扭曲的現象和價值觀，她的藝術是開放的。
