CREDAWARD地產設計大獎?中國，始於2014年，是中國地產行業的首個國際性設計大獎，以地產的角度評選設計，並通過設計的視角甄選代表地產行業風向標的優秀項目。第四屆地產設計大獎?中國組委會共邀請到214家機構參賽，收到658份參賽作品，分別來自中國、中國香港、中國台灣、美國、英國、德國、日本、澳大利亞、新加坡、加拿大、丹麥、秘魯等國家和地區。

The CREDAWARD，Real Estate Design Award established in 2014, is the first international design award in China"s real estate.
