kITCHEN L共享廚房項目位於上海徐匯區凱旋路，拾集建築受到業主委託對上下兩層空間進行室內設計。空間將集共享廚房、烘焙體驗課、派對酒吧等功能，成為吸引年輕人的新型社交場所。「共享」的主題一直是設計師團隊樂於嘗試的挑戰，如何在同一空間里塑造出不同場景模式，針對不同客群人數的需求迅速切換空間容量，成為此次設計中至關重要的一步。

The KITCHEN L shared kitchen project is located in Kaixuan Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai. Xu Studio, entrusted by the owner, undertakes the interior design of the two floors. Featuring functions including shared kitchen, bakery experiences, parties and bars, it is to become a new type of social space for young people. 「Sharing」 proves to be a subject that the designing team is happy to try. How to create different scene modes to switch space capacity rapidly has become a step of crucial importance in the design.

▼室內空間一覽，interior space

經過幾輪模型建立，反覆推敲，設計師決定採用懸掛系統來解決隔斷、展示架、顯示屏的擺放。懸掛系統由方管鏈接而成，貫穿一層空間。設計師選擇條紋玻璃這種具備透光不透視屬性的材質作為隔斷，懸掛於預先設置好的懸掛軌道上，任意切換組合，使得空間可分為4個獨立廚房區域，亦可合併為2間大空間廚房，甚至取下所有隔斷合併為大空間。

Through several rounds of models and repeated scrutiny the designer decided to use the square-tube-made suspension system, which goes through the first floor for lay out of barriers, display shelves and display screens. Due to its property of being translucent but not perspective, the vertically ribbed glass is selected as the barrier and hanging on the suspended track prepared in advance. Different combination switches enable the space to be either divided into 4 separate kitchens or integrated into 2 large sections. One whole kitchen space is also available if all barriers are removed.

連接二層的核心是豎向樓梯，由一個高5米的發光盒子包裹，視覺中心位置懸掛由紫銅色廚具、鍋具組成的裝置藝術，在光的映襯下璀璨奪目。

The vertical staircase connects the two floors, and is wrapped by a luminous box with a height of 5 meters. An art installation composed by coppery kitchen wares and cook wares is luminous and brilliant in the light.

二層空間氛圍更為輕鬆，折面暗鏡籠罩整個空間，反射延伸空間產生虛幻影像。佔據沿街面的長吧台由7塊55寸屏組成，桌面播放著新媒體藝術作品，配合昏暗的燈光營造夜間酒吧氛圍。

Atmosphere in the second floor is more relaxing, where folded dark mirrors covering the entire space, and unreal images generated in the extended reflecting area. The long bar along the street is composed of seven screens, each with a size of 55 inches, showing the new media art works, and thus an atmosphere of night bar is created under the dark light.

拾集建築始終專註於以簡單質樸的材質，輕裝飾、重體驗，通過燈光把控實現場景切換，創造靈活多變的空間，並給空間未來留出足夠變換的可能性。

Focused on simple materials and laying emphasis on experiences instead of decorations, Xu Studio achieves scene switching through lighting control and creates flexible and changeable spaces, as well as leaving the space with changing possibilities in the future.
