2018年5月7日，為符合基加利協議要求，加拿大減少HFC進口，並給特種終端應用加以GWP值限制。

The government of Canadaon April 16launched an HFC phase-down plan to limit HFC consumption by 85% by 2036, in line with the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol.

為符合蒙特利爾基加利修正案要求，加拿大政府4月16日發布了HFC減削計劃，到2036年HFC消費量減少85%。

The overall percentage reduction from the baseline, which is slightly different than under the Kigali Agreement, will be as follows:
