最重要的,他告訴我們,提醒我們,我們同樣能夠像他一樣,甚至更好,而且他一直自謙,他只是一個普通人,不要任何人追隨,他只是來分享資訊和知識,而這些資訊和知識原本就在我們華夏龍族的根文化里。

The yellow sun is the symbol of Love.

金黃的太陽就是真愛的象徵。

Realize this – the sun does not care about you, does not know what you do and does not bother whether you blasphemeit or pray to it. The sun does not even know that you exist. Nevertheless the sun gives you warmth, light, food, energy – everything necessary for your life. Without the sun there would be no life on Earth and your body would not exist.

Qì or PRANA DRAWING EXERCISE

炁或普拉納導入練習

The following describes the secret of how to efficiently draw in qì/prana with breathing. You can use this method to energize your body. It may be very useful during fasting or transitioning to non-eating. Do this exercise whenever you feel low level of life energy and you do not know how to increase it with your will.

接下來要談的,是使用呼吸法強效導入炁/普拉納的秘密。你可以用這種方法為身體灌注能量。在斷食或向不食過渡中,會很有用。每當你感覺生命能量低,又不知道如何簡單透過意志來提升能量的話,就做這個練習吧。

Stand astride comfortably with bare feet directly on the ground. Let your arms hang freely on your sides or, you may like to move your hands a few cm in front of your thighs. Feel how energy is freely flowing through the entire body.

兩腿分開,自然站立,赤腳站在地上。雙手自然垂下,或者,你可能想移動雙手至大腿前側幾厘米。感受能量是如何在周身自如流動的。

Next, close your eyes partially and inhale deeper than usually but do not exaggerate. Stop the inhale when your lungs are fully filled with air. Donot block the larynx or nose. Simply, when the lungs are fully filled, stop inhaling and hold your breath.

接下來,雙眼微閉,深吸氣,但也不要太過。吸氣,直到肺部吸滿空氣,停止吸氣。不要鎖喉或堵住鼻子。也就是,肺部吸滿空氣,停止吸氣且屏息即可。

Now imagine that there is an invisible and imperceptible inhale occurring. Imagine a stream of "energy" (let us call it "qì/prana") flowing from the sun, through the middle of your head top, continuing inside your body and accumulating in your belly, below the umbilicus (dān tián).

現在想像那不可見不可察的吸氣仍在繼續。想像一股「能量」(讓我們稱之為「炁/普拉納」),從太陽傾下,透過你頭頂的中部流入,繼續在體內穿行,匯聚在你的腹部,肚臍以下(丹田)。

Keep holding your breath while imagining that the stream of "energy" (qì/prana) is flowing into your body. After a while, you will notice that you want to yawn. Do, yawn deeply and let your tears come out – that really energizes your body.

繼續屏息,同時想像那股「能量」(炁/普拉納)正在流入你的身體。這樣一會兒之後,你會注意到,你想打呵欠。那就好好打呵欠,讓眼淚流出來——這真的會為身體補充能量的。

When you feel saturated or you cannot hold the breath any longer, freely release the air out of your lungs and breath normally several times until you are ready to repeat this exercise effortlessly.

當你感覺已經吸滿,或無法再屏息,自然地從肺部呼出氣體,再正常呼吸幾次,準備好之後,再自然重複練習。

Repeat all of this effortlessly but do not force the body to withstand without breathing longer than it is comfortable for you.

自然重複練習,不要強迫身體屏息太久,以舒適為準。

Remember the order of this exercise:

請記住練習順序:

1. inhale;

1.吸氣;

2. hold your breath and start imagining the energy stream inflow;

2.屏息,開始想像能量流的流入;

3. stop imagining and exhale and breath normally.

3.停止想像,呼氣,正常呼吸。

What you do may be called the "qì/prana inhalation". As you know, qì/prana is not air and it has no mass and does not occupy space. However, qì/prana follows your imagination, your will. Hence qì/prana obeys your imagination/will, itis enough to think that qì/prana flows into your body in order to make this really happen. You really feel the effect of this exercise, you feel more energized.

你所做的可以稱作「吸入炁/普拉納「。如你所知,炁/普拉納不是空氣,沒有重量,也不佔空間。但是,炁/普拉納順著你的想像,你的意志。既然炁/普拉納隨順你的想像/意志,要想炁/普拉納真的流入你的身體,想像足矣。你真的會感受到練習的效果,你會感覺到能量的提升。

Know that qì/prana can be drawn from the sun/sky or the Earth/ground. Your imagination decides that because you are directing the drawing of qì/prana. When you chose to draw qì/prana from the sun/sky, you will feel it flowing through the middle of your head top. When you chose to draw qì/prana from the Earth/ground, you will feel it flowing through your feet and legs.

你要知道,炁/普拉納既可以從太陽/天空吸入,也可以從地球/大地吸入。這要隨你的想像而定,因為是你在導入炁/普拉納。你要是決定從太陽/天空吸入炁/普拉納的話,你會感覺到,它從你的頭頂中心流入。你要是決定從地球/大地吸入炁/普拉納的話,你會感覺到,炁/普拉納從你的雙腳及雙腿流入。

You can also draw qì/prana simultaneously from the sun and Earth. This is the most efficient way to energize your body with qì/prana. In this instance, you are directing the qì/prana flow from above, through the middle of your head top and from below, through your feet at the same time. You have to clearly feel it. Both streams of qì/prana, the upper and the lower, meet in the area of your dān tián (the second chakra) or in any other region of your body that you choose..

你也可以同時從太陽及地球吸入炁/普拉納。這是讓身體充滿炁/普拉納最有效的方法。這種情況下,你同時將炁/普拉納,從上面頭頂中心,及下面雙腳,導入身體。你必須要清晰感覺到才行。兩股炁/普拉納,同時從上面和下面,在你的丹田(第二脈輪)或其他任何部位匯聚,隨你而定。

When you feel weak energetically, you may want to accumulate qì/prana in the 「solar plexus」. When you have a sore throat, just direct qì/prana there and imagine it healing your throat.

感覺能量比較低的時候,你可能想把炁/普拉納存儲在「太陽神經叢」。你要是嗓子疼,只需把炁/普拉納導入到那裡,想像它在療愈你的嗓子。

You can direct qì/prana to any part of your body in order to energize it or heal it. You can also draw qì/prana in and distribute it throughout the entire body, without focusing it in only one region.

你可以把炁/普拉納導引到身體的任何一個部位去提升那個部位的能量,或加以療愈。你也可以不集中導引到某一個部位,而是把炁/普拉納導引進來並分配到全身。

If you heal others with touch, you can draw in qì/prana and concentrate it in your entire body or only in your hands. Then, you can transfer it to another man, through your hands. Do not use your own life energy to heal others.

假如你想通過觸摸療愈他人,你可以導入炁/普拉納,集中到你的全身或僅僅集中到雙手。然後你可以通過雙手,把它傳給另外一個人。但不要用你自己的生命能量去療愈他人。

This qì/prana drawing exercise is especially efficient if it is done in a place that is saturated with energy like the seashore, a mountain peak, a forest, desert at sunrise or power spots. When you draw qì/prana from the environment in the rays of the rising sun, you receive additional energy.

假如你在能量充足的地方做這種炁/普拉納導入練習,會尤其有效——比如海邊、山頂、森林、日出時的沙漠或能量點。假如你在日出時的陽光這樣的環境里導入炁/普拉納,會獲得額外的能量。

Drawing in qì/prana at the peak of the inhalation is an efficient method of nourishing the body. Some people use this method to fully power the body. By simply drawing in qì/prana, they give the body enough energy to live without food and keep the body functioning properly. Air is food.

吸氣,吸到不能再吸,導入炁/普拉納是滋養身體非常有效的方法。有人用這種方法讓身體能量滿滿。只需導入炁/普拉納,他們便能為身體補充足夠的能量,如此便可不食而活,而且身體完好運轉。空氣就是食物。

This exercise can be modified in different ways in order to stronger feel the energy in the body. For example, when drawing in qì/prana, you can slowly rise your hands, moving them up in a semicircular manner. When exhaling, you can lower your hands in the same semicircular manner.

我們可以對這個練習進行多種形式的改良,以更加強烈地感受體內的能量。比如,吸入炁/普拉納時,你可以緩慢地抬起雙手,劃半圓。呼氣時,雙手下劃,同樣劃半圓。

Be aware that in this energizing exercise, the imagining of how qì/prana flows into the body is much more important than the breathing. Qì/prana is neither breath nor air, but holding the breath can be utilized for drawing qì/prana into the body more efficiently..

注意,在這個能量練習中,想像炁/普拉納如何流入體內,比呼吸更重要。炁/普拉納不是呼吸,也不是空氣,但運用屏息能夠把炁/普拉納更有效地導入體內。

SKIN

皮膚

Man"s skin absorbs the radiation coming from the sun (sunshine) and it also breaths. The skin needs sunshine to synthesize some substances for the body, for example vitamin D. Your skin needs the sunshine, especially the ultraviolet light. You can say that sunshine is food for human body. When insufficient sunshine falls on your skin, the immune system become weaker and you body deteriorates. Man"s body will not be in perfect health when the sunshine falling on the skin is insufficient.

皮膚吸收來自太陽(陽光)的輻射,它也會呼吸。皮膚需要陽光為身體合成維他命D等一些物質。你的皮膚需要陽光,尤其是紫外線。你也可以說,陽光是人體的食物。要是皮膚接受不到足夠的陽光,免疫系統會變弱,你的身體會變差。皮膚吸收陽光不足的話,身體就不會完全健康。

Gases and liquids can enter or exit the body through the skin. In this case, the skin functions in a similar way as the intestines. Superfluous substances are removed from the body through the skin, so it functions also as an excreting organ. Gases, perspiration, mucus and sebum excreted through the skin may contain toxins that the body removes.

氣態和液態物可以通過皮膚進入體內或排除體外,這與腸行使的功能相似。透過皮膚,多餘的物質從身體排出,因此它也是排泄器官。通過皮膚排出體外的氣體、汗液、黏液和皮脂可能就攜帶著身體要排出的毒素。

You can conjecture that cosmetics (cream, shampoo, lipstick, powder, soap) applied on the skin are absorbed into your body. Then they circulate with the blood and may poison the body. Some of these chemicals may remain in the body for longer time causing illness.Therefore, before you put any cosmetic on your skin, be aware of this fact. In other words, if you can drink a shampoo without suffering any body problems, probably it is suitable for washing the hairs. The same is with a cream, if it is not edible, it also is not suitable for the skin. In order not to poison your body with cosmetics, use products made from nature. Ultra violet sunblock lotions are especially harmful.

由此你可推斷,把化妝品(乳液、洗髮水、唇膏、蜜粉、香皂)塗在皮膚上,會被身體吸收。然後通過血液在體內循環,毒害身體。有些化學物質存留體內更久,引發疾病。因此,在往皮膚上塗抹任何化妝品之前,請一定注意。換句話說,如果你想用一種洗髮水,那種喝下去之後身體不會出現任何不良反應的,才是可以用的。乳液也一樣,如果它不是可消化的,也不宜塗在皮膚上。要是不想化妝品毒害你的身體,請使用取自大自然的化妝品。防紫外線的乳液尤其有害。

Sunshine falling on the skin is one of the most important foods for man. Lack of this food weakens the body"s self-defence system so much that the body is not able to protect itself against illnesses.

皮膚吸收的陽光是人最重要的一種食物。缺少這種食物的話,會大大弱化身體自我防護系統,以至於身體無法抵禦各種疾病的入侵。

The visible sun light and invisible cosmic rays fall on the skin. They are essential for proper functioning of the body. For this reason, man should stay without clothes in nature so that the skin can see the sun and sky as much as it needs.

可見的陽光及不可見的宇宙輻射照在皮膚上。它們對於身體的正常運轉至關重要。為此,在戶外時,人其實不應當穿衣服,這樣皮膚才能盡情地看到太陽和天空。

Allow your entire skin to be exposed to the sunshine. Walk barefoot and naked whenever you can in "the bosom of nature". However, be aware that the sunshine, as any other food, cannot be taken in too big doses. If you expose your skin to the sunshine for too long, it will be burn and damaged. Especially if you have light skin colour, start from just 10 minutes in the first day. You can extend your sunshine expose of the skin by 5 minutes every day. Never allow your skin to become pink or, even worse, red. This is a harmful burning.

讓每一寸肌膚都曬到太陽。只要你在「大自然的懷抱」,就赤腳走路,光著身子。但是,需要注意,陽光,好比其他任何食物,也不能吃過量。你要是把皮膚曝露在陽光下太久,會晒傷的。尤其是你的皮膚比較白的話,開始的第一天,只需曬10分鐘即可。之後每天多曬5分鐘。不要把皮膚晒成粉色,甚至紅色。晒成這樣子就不好了。

Also allow the sunshine freely fall into your eyes, on the retinas. Donot use any sun glasses unless it is so light that your really cannot stand the brightness. However, do not look directly on the sun, this may burn your eyes. Read more about it later in the chapter about sun gazing.

讓陽光自然照進你的眼睛,落在視網膜上。不要戴太陽鏡,除非太亮,亮到你受不了。但是,不要直接看太陽,這可能會灼傷你的眼睛。在後續的凝視太陽這一章里,有更多相關的可以了解。

Walk barefoot and naked in forests, on mountains and on the seashore. Swim in natural waters if they are clean. When getting out of the water, do not towel the skin, let it dry in the wind – in this way the skin adsorbs energy from the moving air.

在森林、大山裡、海邊赤腳行走,光著身子。自然水體比較乾淨的話,就去游泳。從水裡出來時,不要用毛巾擦乾皮膚,讓風自然吹乾——這樣皮膚就可以從流動的空氣里吸收能量。

Emanations from the sun and cosmos, plus wind and water in the air, are food for the body, which the skin adsorbs. If the skin of your body is insufficiently exposed to sunshine, do not wonder that the body becomes unwell – it simply lacks food.

來自太陽和宇宙的各種射線,以及風,和空氣中的水分,是身體透過皮膚吸收的食物。假如你的曬太陽不夠,身體不好一點兒也不奇怪——它只是沒吃夠而已。

Mark Adams has written in his health Internet portal:

"Vitamin D is a powerful immune boosteras well as a natural pathogen destroyer. FOCUSING ON YOUR INNER SUN

專註內在太陽

This exercise is similar to the above one. You can focus on your Inner Sun when you find it particularly difficult to feel your Inner Joy.

這個練習和上面的類似。你要是發現感受內在喜悅太難的話,就可以專註於你的內在太陽。

First, fully loosen your body and bring it to full relaxation. Silence the intellect and move away your attention from the senses. Sit in a comfortable position.

首先,完全放鬆身體,進入全然放鬆的狀態。讓智能靜默,抽離智能當中的所有念頭。保持舒適的坐姿。

Focus on feeling the sun, which is in the area of your heart. Feel how this sun grows, extends its radiation to the entire chest and then the entire body and beyond. You are feeling this because a wonderful sense of warmth, joy and Love spreads within you and saturates every cell of the body.

專註感受心臟部位的太陽,感受,太陽慢慢變大,光芒擴展到整個胸腔,之後是整個身體,及身體之外。你有這種感受,是因為溫暖、喜悅和愛這些美妙的感覺在你內邊漫延,浸潤到全身每一個細胞。

You see this Light under the closed eyelids and you can feel the growing joy and Love.

緊閉的眼瞼下,你卻看到光,感受到不斷升騰的喜悅與愛。

You see and feel how the sun is still expanding. You sink into it and then you become the sun yourself.

你看到並感受到這太陽是如何不斷變大的,你進入太陽,之後你自己變成太陽。

Now, being the sun and feeling your Inner Power, you emanate joy, Light and Love.

現在,作為太陽,感受你內在的力量,你在散發喜悅、光和愛。

Remain in this state, keep it effortlessly. This is a perfect food for your body, which cures and strengthens it. The joy and Love remain, even when the sun retreats into the centre of your chest, in the area of you heart.

保持這種狀態,自然保持。這就是你身體的完美食物,正是這種食物療愈身體,強健身體。即使太陽縮回到你胸腔的正中,心臟部位,你依然能夠感受得到喜悅與愛。

Some people let their Inner Joy to manifest so much that they become similar to a sun in their activities. It is clearly sensible from them, how they emanate Love, warm, safeness, etc. Around the body (especially the head) of those people a kind of light can be seen (aureole). Those people do not feel cold and warm more or less than they desire it.

有些人的內在喜悅滿溢,言談舉止簡直就像太陽。從他們身上能夠清晰感知到他們散發出的愛、溫暖、安全,等。他們周身(尤其是頭部)可以看到一種光(光圈)。連冷熱的感知都隨他們的意願。

SUN-GAZING

凝視太陽法

Sun-gazing has been known and practised for thousands of years, mainly in places where sun rising from behind the horizon can be seen daily.

In this method you gaze at the sun while standing or walking barefoot on the ground. This practice heals both the body and psyche. After sufficient practice, sun-gazing keeps man in the state of perfect health, good mood and high level of life energy. The healing factors are the energies of the sun and Earth.

凝視太陽法為人熟知並修習已千年之久,而且主要是在每天都能看到太陽從地平線升起的地方。這種方法是,你站在地上,或在地上赤腳行走時,凝視太陽。這種修習療愈身心。經過大量修習,凝視太陽可以讓人處在完美健康的狀態,擁有好心情,以及高水平的生命能量。療愈因子就是來自太陽和地球的能量。

The freedom from eating appears later as one of the by-products of high energy level being felt by man. This happens to almost all sun-gazing adepts, even those who do not believe it. Noticeable decrease in appetite usually appears after about seven months but it can happen after only three months of constant practice.

這類人感受到高能量之後,出現的附屬效果之一便是不吃。這發生在幾乎所有的太陽凝視大師身上,甚至包括那些起初並不相信的人。明顯的食慾減退,通常發生在七個月後,但也可以發生在連續三個月不斷修習後。

One of the first people who made this method widely known again in present time is Hira Ratan Manek from India. On his website solarhealing.com Hira describes sun-gazing procedure. Thereis also a number of discussion forums about sun-gazing.

Here is a short description of the HRM sun-gazing method. Every morning at sunrise, you should gaze at the sun』s centre. Stand barefoot on the ground. On the first day, start with 10 seconds maximum. On each following day gaze for 10 seconds longer than in the previous day. In this way, if you gaze at the sun every day, you will reach 5 minutes after the first month, and 44 minutes after 9 months. This is the allowed maximum. Do not gaze any longer.

下面是對馬內克太陽凝視法的簡單描述。每日清晨日出之際,你要凝視太陽的中心。凝視時要赤腳站在地上。第一天最長凝視十秒鐘。接下來的每一天都比前一天多十秒鐘。用這種方法每天凝視太陽,第一個月後你就能達到五分鐘,九個月之後就能達到四十四分鐘。這是允許的最長時間,不能超出這個時長。

The second important activity with his method is walking barefoot on the ground for at least 45 minutes daily, every day, even if you do not gaze at the sun.

Altogether, if you gaze at the sun every day, the whole process takes about 9 months to accomplish. After that you do not need to gaze at the sun every day. It is even recommended that you do not. You can do it from time to time to maintain a sufficiently high level of energy. How long and how often you gaze depends on your needs, the climate and life style. Barefoot walking is still recommended every day.

總之,如果你每天凝視太陽,整個過程要九個月來完成。這之後你就不需要每天凝視太陽了。甚至建議你不需再做。你可以時不時做一下,以維持足夠高等的能量。做太陽凝視的時長和頻率要依個人需要、生活地區的氣候及其生活方式而定。但是建議每天都堅持赤腳行走。

If you live in a place where sunrise and sunset cannot be seen every day, the whole process may take longer. If you missed sun-gazing for a few days, do not extend the time at the next session. If you had a long break (say, a few weeks), shorten the next gazing time.

如果你生活的地方,每天看不到日出日落,整個過程要更久。如果你幾天沒做太陽凝視,接下來的時間也不要延長凝視。如果休息了很久沒做凝視(比方說幾周),那就縮短下次凝視的時間。

It is very important for eye protection to finish the gazing not later than one hour after sunrise and start the gazing not earlier than one hour before sunset. It also means that one should not gaze at the sun during the day, especially not in the midday.

要在日出後一小時之內和日落前一小時內完成凝視,這對保護眼睛非常重要。這也意味著不應該在白天凝視太陽,尤其不要在中午的時候。

I hope that this warning is clear: Forcing the eyes to gaze at the sun at any other time, except sunrise or sunset, can cause damage to the retina of the eye! Too long period of gazing without preceding gradual adaptation may burn this delicate part of the eye. Because of the burns, if man is able to see at all, everything may look like an image with holes or spots. Such damage to the retina is considered incurable by the official medicine.

我希望這個警示足夠清楚:除了日出日落的其他任何時候,強迫眼睛凝視太陽會損害視網膜!沒有先前循序漸進的適應過程就凝視過長時間的話,可能會灼傷眼睛的這個脆弱部位。被灼傷的話,如果這人還有視力,看到的一切也都像是帶著洞或點。現有藥物還無法治癒這種對視網膜的損害。

Another man, who promotes information about the beneficial influence of sun-gazing, is yogi Sunyogi Umasankar who 「has discovered a method of absorbing energy directly from the sun, removing the need to eat, drink or sleep」. Thanks to these abilities Umasankar walked 62000 km in India, without money, teaching his method to people.

According to his teaching, the first sun-gazing is started at the moment of sunrise or sunset. First it should be done for a short time, later the time of gazing is gradually extended. If gazing directly at the sun dazzles the eyes, one can look a little above it. It is very important to practise regularly.

據他所講,最初的太陽凝視始於日出或日落之時。一開始凝視時間應該是很短暫的,往後可以逐漸延長。如果直接凝視太陽刺眼的話,可以往上斜一點看。重要的是要定期練習。

By the way, here is important information regarding one of the biggest mistakes made by people; the use of sunglasses. There are situations when protecting the eyes with dark glasses is recommended because the eyes are dazzled by too much light. If you have not exercised sun-gazing, such situations would include, among others, electric welding, walking on snow in the mountains when the sun is shining, or on the beach, or long driving periods facing the sun.

Man is an inseparable part of nature. When man is totally separated from nature, they die. The farther man lives from nature, the faster they degenerate because life energy is found in nature.

人是大自然不可分割的一部分。完全脫離自然的人會死去。人離自然越遠,退化越快,因為生命能量就在大自然之中。

How do you feel in a city and how in a forest, by a lake, in the mountains or at seaside?

你在城市裡感覺如何?你在森林裡、湖邊、山裡或海邊又感覺如何?

Can you feel how much energy is in you after spending hours in an office, inside a building with artificial lighting? Then feel how much energy you have after you spend a day by a lake, in mountains, in a forest or at seaside?

在辦公室里,在人造光的建築里待幾個小時之後,你感覺能量還剩下多少?在湖邊、山裡、森林裡或海邊待一天之後,你再去感覺有多少能量?

It is a big difference, isn"t it? You can clearly feel that an artificially illuminated office in a concrete building sucks life energy from you. On the other hand, the totally opposite effect is happening in nature; you are naturally receiving life energy.

區別很大,不是嗎?你明顯感覺到混凝土大樓里人造照明的辦公室從你身上吸走生命能量。另一方面,在大自然里則完全相反;你很自然地吸收生命能量。

The kind of energy contained in nature is a natural food available for people, animals and plants. Earth and the sun emanate this energy and move it properly. The movement of this energy is disturbed and weakened in cities, particularly in the buildings.

大自然里的這種能量是所有人、動物及植物的自然食物。大地及太陽一直在散發這種能量,並完好運行。但這種能量的運行在城市當中,尤其是在建築物當中被打亂、弱化。

If you are moving toward the lifestyle without food, it is the best to remain in a nature setting. This significantly facilitates the adaptation for a new type of powering the body. Increasing the powering of the body with food in the form of energy from nature, is a transitional stage on the way to non-eating.

假如你在朝著不食的方向行進,待在大自然里會是最好的。這會明顯促進身體對新的能量來源的適應。學會從大自然里獲取能量,為身體加油,是不食路上的一個轉變階段。

長生樹光療之法

另,長生樹群的朋友堅持的光療之法,乃台灣Yolanda發起的日光療愈,再加上特定的呼吸之法(白藍會在群內專門分享)。徵得Yolanda本人同意後,現摘選她光療的獨特方法。

Yolanda光療方法:在清晨與黃昏,選擇空氣清新、環境較好之處,愉悅地閉目凝視太陽 (欣賞日落與日出) ,專心「注視」十分鐘,同時赤腳站在地上,深呼吸五十次,每一次都觀想所吸進的空氣,蒙受上帝的恩典,得使肉身一天的活動足夠,讓能量充滿身體。雙手手心同時朝向太陽。

可默念口訣:蒙上帝恩典,生命的源頭,食物的泉源,能量充滿全身。

光療時,並非以肉眼注視太陽,而是閉目以智慧眼吸收太陽能,並感受到智慧眼處有一股能量,能量緩慢擴散至雙眼,並逐漸高熱,眼部以下寒涼,眼部之上卻是燙的;智慧眼的能量逐漸消退之後,轉向左手心的能量開始擴散至整個手掌,逐漸升溫,能量緩慢消退又轉為右手手心,同樣能量擴散、逐漸高熱、消退,再由智慧眼重新循環。《古代神秘學院入門書》提到,第三眼在眉間,為低頻能量區,屬物質界;額頭中心的智慧眼,為高頻能量區,屬靈性界。古代文明歷史也記戴,人類經由光療獲得療愈。早期靈修者,將千手千眼觀音像的手心都畫上眼睛,由此傳承下來;人體脈輪系統顯示,手心存在脈輪,脈輪左旋時,代表排出負能量,脈輪右旋時,代表吸收正能量。

Yolanda經過幾次光療,食慾減少大半,如果仍吃平常的食量,會因為太飽而不舒服。可見,人類原本就可以不依靠食物而生存。而且,她在公園進行光療的一次體驗中發現,光療之前,因為缺水而口渴的生理機制,竟然在光療之後突然消失,甚至不需要補充水分,這突破人類對於生理機制需求的固有觀念。光療適用於每個人,但不是每個人都能感知到能量,因為愈高頻的能量愈精密,肉體與頭腦較粗糙,不見得感知得到,如同肉眼無法視得高頻的光。激光輻射也是光療的一種,就是要先產生光束,集中光的能量,所以我們專註在智慧眼,就會產生或接收內在高頻的光束。

假如光療一陣子,體質逐漸轉為適合生食,其實不會有食果者初期需要大量進食的現象。進食量不僅不多,吃了零食之後反而反胃。反而是總吃熟食的更容易餓。

光療初期,頭腦仍然強烈想吃零食,但細胞明顯抗拒。太陽的高頻能量提升了靈性覺知,光療後,轉型為食生或食果,顯得較為容易,體質自然而然便能帶動飲食習慣轉變。在優先考量體質的情況下,可採取階段性或漸進式食生及食果。

怕曬的朋友光療時,也可選擇以背部朝向陽光,仍可達成療愈,因為背部為人的督脈,主陽,故曬背可昇陽(白藍注)。宇宙高度文明世界,是以食光為補給靈糧的來源,珍藏於大英博物館的聞名著作《靈界記聞》(E. Swedenborg),提供了部份的相關證明文獻。

至於光療的口訣,持宗教信仰的朋友請不必多慮,「上帝」一詞泛指創始之初的最高力量,也是最多人使用的統稱,在人類世界必須建立名稱,以方便大眾了解。

初期光療之後會特別累,是排毒現象,而且能夠深層排毒,Yolanda自己也經歷了這個過程。進入排毒階段的朋友,需要堅持,各種身體機制在轉化至更高頻率之前必須先排毒,釋放毒素、負能量,容器(身體)里的正能量才能豐盈,之後才能輕鬆。光療促進靈性快速進化,新陳代謝也會加速,體內的負能量釋放過快時,有時也會產生疲勞倦怠感,此時的頭腦判斷為能量不足。如果累了就休息,順應身體所需,但光療結束之後,的確很舒服。身體吸收了大量的高頻能量後,也會產生暈眩、疲勞反應,這是轉化的徵兆,一切都在步入更高覺知狀態。但光療並非長期曝晒,要避免過強紫外線,但如果能一次持續一個小時是最好的。以漸進的方式加長光療的時間,適合忙碌與初次嘗試的朋友。
