Keep運動軟體 Workout App-「Keep」

將近兩個月的戲劇訓練,使我很少有機會能好好的運動。每天的戲劇練習從放學一直會持續到學習時間,讓我根本沒時間跑去健身房。不過就這樣放任我的肌肉被肥肉取代,耐力變得越來越差?我可不甘心。前幾天我發現了一個叫Keep的健身軟體,會根據你的選擇幫你訂製訓練計劃。我最近每晚都會用Keep來做些肌肉訓練,再自己做30個左右的俯卧撐。周末的時候呢,我盡量會去健身房,或去戶外跑跑步。我等不及放假了,回家可以好好堅持每天運動。

The over two months of theater practice leaves me with little opportunities to workout. Everyday, theater practice lasts from after school to study time in the evening, so I don』t have time to go to the gym at all. But am I going to just let my muscles turn into fat, and let my stamina drop? The answer is no. A few days ago I discovered a workout app called 「Keep」. It offers you with workout plans based on your preferences and goals. I』ve been using Keep to do some muscle strengthening for the past few evenings, followed by around 30 push-ups. When the weekends roll around, I try my hardest to hit the gym, or run outside. I can』t wait for summer break, so I can finally go home, and workout everyday.
