一：噴塑砂漿系列

Spray mortar series

海虹噴塑砂漿系列產品，可以廣泛的用於人造景觀中的造型工程，包括假山塑石，主題景觀面，模擬樹木，藤條，雕塑造型等等。

Haihong spray mortar series of products,can be widely used in man-made landscape modeling projects,including rockery stone,the theme of landscape,simulation trees,rattan,sculpture modeling and so on.

是具有觸變性的建築用砂漿。通常用於構建仿石材浮雕效果，牆面裝飾以及修補受損的石材面。

施工要點：

?施工前充分潤濕基面；

?每包粉料加入6.9-7.5升清水低速攪拌3-5分鐘直至平滑結塊；

?初次攪拌後放置5分鐘，然後再次攪拌。期間可以一次性加入少量的清水調整施工性；

二：雕塑膠泥

是一種新型水泥基雕塑材料，一般用於模擬溶洞景觀的鐘乳石、石花、石幔、石草、石筍等製作。或者按一定的比例與水泥、沙子混合後，用於塑石假山造型與雕塑的工程。也可以水稀釋噴塗形成鐘乳石表面的紋理效果。

三：纖維複合材料系列

Fiber composite materials series

纖維複合材料系列產品具有造型能力強，強度高，根據複合材料的不同，業內較常用的GRC和FRP兩種材料：GRC為玻璃纖維增強混凝土，FRP為玻璃增強熱固性塑料（俗稱玻璃鋼）。

Fiber composite products with modeling ability,high strength,according to the diferent composite materials,the industry more commonly used GRC and FRP two kinds of materials:GRC is glass fiber reinforced concrete,FRP is glass reinforced thermosetting plastic (commonly known as glass fiber reinforced plastic).

GRC指的是玻璃纖維增強水泥混合材料，是以耐鹼玻璃纖維作增強材，硫鋁酸鹽低鹼度水泥為膠結材並摻入適宜集料構成基材，通過噴射、立模澆注、擠出、流漿等生產工藝而製成的輕質、高強高韌、多功能的新型無機複合材料。

GRC refers to the glass fiber reinforced cement mixed material,based on alkali glass fiber as reinforcing material,sulphoaluminate low-alkali cement for cementing material and incorporation of suitable aggregates to form the base material,through injection,vertical mold casting,squeezing Out,the flow of pulp and other production processes made of lightweight,high strength and toughness,multi-functional new inorganic composite materials.

FRPfiberglass Reinforce plastic

FRP 由增強纖維和基體組成，一般用玻璃纖維增強不飽和聚脂、環氧樹脂與酚醛樹脂做基體，以玻璃纖維或其製品作增強材料的增強塑料。

FRP consists of reinforcing fibers and matrix,generally reinforced with glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester,epoxy resin and phenolic resin matrix,reinforced with glass fiber or its products as a reinforcing material.

FRP的生產工藝基本上分兩大類，即濕法接觸型和干法加壓成型。如按工藝特點來分，有手糊成型、層壓成型、RTM法、擠拉法、模壓成型、纏繞成型等。手糊成型又包括手糊法、袋壓法、噴射法、濕糊低壓法和無模手糊法。

FRP production methods are basically divided into two categories,namely wet contact and dry pressing.According to process characteristics to points,there are hand lay-up,lamination,RTM method,pultrusion,molding,winding molding.Hand lay-up also incudes hand lay-up method,bag pressure method,jet method,wet paste low pressure method and moldless hand paste method.
