影子就是影子，它不是真實的人

一句話瑜伽，第136期Gaby: 他抬起沉重的頭，注視著年輕的戰士，因為他想讓他知道。Even though his head was heavy he lifted it to look the young warrior in the eyes as the young warrior needed to feel what he had to say.

「影子並不意味著窮追不捨。我曾經追逐它的顏色，讚美它的影像，被我的一廂情願蒙蔽了雙眼。"Shadows are not meant to be chased.I used to chase it"s colour and praise it"s images,blinded by the false projection of what I thought I wanted to be.

也許我可以成為我想像中的人，叫著，想著，懇求著。Perhaps I could have been the man my images asked me to be,wanted me to be,pleaded with me to be。

但是除了另一個虛假的影像，對這個世界我一無所獲？But what would be gained in adding nothing to this world apart from another false image?

千真萬確。比比皆是，人們不懂自己，他們認為他們懂，其實他們不懂。Absolutely nothing.There are already too many of those.People who don"t know who they are,they think they know but they don"t f*king know.

他們沉迷於想像中的生活，把它們貼在門上篤定著，每當我看到它時，我要踹開門，搶走他們的愚昧。They are addicted to living as an image.Posting it on the doors of their identity and everytimeIseeit I want to kick in the door and rob the fool of them.

想像是容易的，但要如實的表達自己、說、做、想、聽、感覺和行動，如此真性情就是挑戰。It"s very easy to be the image,but to express yourself,to say,be,do,think,listen,feel and act from a place of true expression,that"s the challenge.

這是唯一值得為之而戰的。」「如果我為真性情而戰死呢？」戰士問道：「一個真正的戰士首先要接受死亡。」That"s the only battle worth dying for.""And if I die in the battle for true expression?" The warrior asked."A true warrior m ust first accept death."
