科研狗除了做實驗還得看文章，看到別人花花綠綠的文章圖片，甚是感慨，這要是自己做的該有多好。問題是紅綠色盲看不清楚圖片怎麼辦？咱們看看高點雜誌對圖片顏色配色要求是什麼。

從雜誌對文章顏色要求來看，紅色色盲看文章圖片是沒有問題的，那麼咱們做免疫熒光顏色一般紅色和綠色常見，這可怎麼辦，怎麼修改圖片顏色滿足雜誌要求呢。

今天咱們就來學學怎麼將紅綠配色的圖片改成雜誌推薦的洋紅色和綠色圖片呢。

如下圖：

（這張圖片來源於 nature cell biology，Counter-rotationalcell flows drive morphological nd cell fate asymmetries in mammalian hair follicles。圖中有紅色，綠色，藍色三種顏色。）

打開 ImageJ，以及熒光圖片，如下圖：

首先將三種顏色的分開，點擊 Image-Color-Splitchannels, 將圖片一分為三，如下圖：

可以發現第一張圖片顏色就變成洋紅色了，同樣的辦法將第二張，第三張變成綠色和藍色，如下圖：

如果對每一張圖片進行稍微調整，可以點擊 Image-Adjust-Brightness/Contrast 調整橫條，然後 Apply，如下圖：

緊接著將圖片進行合併，Image-Color-channels Tools-more-merge channels，如下圖：

點擊 OK 即可，如下圖：

這就是合成的圖，接下來點擊 more-covertto RGB 格式，保存即可。看看跟文章圖片一樣不。
