144、我們不是要逃避，而是要面對。我們敢面對敢承擔的時候，才沒有畏懼，沒有恐怖。沒有畏懼感、恐怖感，沒有患得患失，才沒有煩惱和痛苦。

144. We should not escape but face. When we are brave enough to confront and take responsibilities, we will not suffer from fears or horrors. Without the sense of fear and the worries of gain and loss, we will be free from afflictions and pains.
