13年前，

一個女孩闖進了他的生命，

為他帶來無與倫比的幸福。

這個女孩，名叫

朱小貞，

老家在浙江麗水山區，

2003年隨自己的二哥來到了杭州闖生活，

兄妹倆沒錢，吃盡苦頭，

有次去服裝市場進貨，結果，

貨沒進到，錢卻被偷了，

火災後，

杭州消防出具報告

指出：

綠城物業確實存在，

多處安全隱患和應急處理不當：

消控室值班人員中，有一人屬無證上崗；

消防供水管網壓力不足，

致使消火栓無法啟動；

消火栓水泵接合器銹死。

然而綠城不肯與林生斌進行溝通，

既不賠償，也不道歉，只是

稱：

調查結論中如有我司責任，

我們絕不逃避、推脫，全力擔當。

綠城的意思很明顯了，想道歉，

那得政府調查結論中確認綠城有責任。

事發後，悲痛欲絕的他，

幾乎沒有進食，更沒有合眼，

每次一想到老婆跟孩子就哭，

他曾一度想一死了之，

隨愛人們去，就解脫了，

可他要先為她們討回公道啊！

於是為了起訴綠城，他開始尋找證據，

沒想到的是，取證竟更艱難。

他先後三次向

杭州市公安消防局，

提出政府信息公開申請，

但都是

不予答覆，

他無奈轉而起訴：

杭州市公安消防局不履行法定職責，

但行政訴訟辦案期限亦不確定。

勢單力薄的他求助無門，

只好通過微博發聲，

漂亮、懂事，

如果非說為人父母有偏心，

我最偏疼她。

陽陽頭髮長，自己不好洗，

我最喜歡幫她洗頭髮了，

然後慢慢幫她吹乾，

指尖緩緩從頭皮滑過發梢，

感覺這是我幸福的時刻……」

他們一家最愛雪，

每次看到下雪，總是難掩的興奮。

雪猶在，人卻已經不在，

茫茫天地里，獨留他孤苦無依。

他自言自語：

「小貞，你和我都喜歡下雪...

希望你多帶孩子回來，

回到我的夢中。」

他遲遲無法從傷痛中走出，

整個人都骨瘦如柴。

很少吃飯，凌晨五點都睡不著，

好不容易睡幾分鐘，

又突然從床上跳起來，

像在找什麼東西一樣，

等回過神來，又躺回床上默默流淚。

可對於這樣悲憤至死的林爸爸，

當時居然還有人惡意中傷他。

他們說爸爸之所以要死磕綠城，

是利益作祟，

還單方面造謠林爸爸向綠城索要賠款，

一個孩子一個億。

林生斌看到消息驚呼：

「我怎麼可能一個孩子要價一個億。」

原本審判莫煥晶的開庭日期，

是2017年11月21日，

可開庭當天，

莫煥晶的辯護律師黨琳山，

宣布拒絕接受開庭，導致庭審中斷。

11月28日，他為妻兒開了追悼會。

他曾和妻子聊過誰先離開的話題，

兩個人為此約好了暗號，

以便來世能認得出彼此，

所以，他見了親人最後一面，

用馬克筆在每個人手上都畫了記號。

本來前面的儀式他都情緒穩定，

可到

火化室外時，他徹底崩潰了，

他哭著說：

「他們傳來第一個盒子到我手上，

我知道後面還有三個，

你知道我當時是什麼心情嗎……

」

他精心挑選的四具白色棺木上，

分別印有不同的彩色花樣：

百合、足球、蝴蝶，鯨魚。

因為妻子朱小貞喜歡百合，

大兒子林檉一喜歡足球，

女兒林臻婭喜歡蝴蝶，

小兒子林青潼喜歡鯨魚。

墓室則靠著人工湖，

理由是「他們都喜歡湖水。」

一切的一切，都是妻子跟孩子喜歡的。

而墓碑上刻著八個字：

今生緣淺，來世再續。

落葬那天，明明沒有風，

殯葬隊伍人手一個氣球，

可人群里突然不經意飛出四個，

它們沒有飛向天，而是掛在了矮樹上，

他說了一句：

「他們不想走……」。

到了2018年2月，法院終於宣判：

被告人莫煥晶，

放火罪判處死刑，

盜竊罪判處其有期徒刑五年，

並處罰金人民幣1萬元，

二罪並罰，執行死刑！

當時莫煥晶曾在杭州看守所里，

還曾寫過這樣一封道歉信給

林爸爸

：

「如果我死了能讓你好過一點，我真的願意立刻去死！」

然而那個曾經說要用死贖罪的她，

現在竟然又臭不要臉的想活了！

不服判決，提出上訴要求改判。

「你不是願意立刻去死嗎，

現在

怎麼

又有臉活下去？！」

誰還能指望一個十惡不赦的殺人犯，

能夠良心發現去自我懲罰呢？

而就在剛剛的2018年5月17日，

「杭州保姆縱火案」二審開庭，

在持續了一整天的庭審後，

該案宣布將另定日期宣判。

可憐的林爸爸，

他註定還要繼續煎熬下去，

等待最終的公平判決，

等待綠城的一聲道歉。

這是他不曾選擇的餘生，

卻也是他不得不走的餘生。

可在這漫長的等待與煎熬中，

令人敬佩的是，

他選擇了用善去面對人世間的惡。

他說：我學著把我對老婆孩子的愛，

延續下去。

用什麼樣的方式延續下去呢？

去做更多善事，去幫助更多的人。

四川九寨溝地震當天，他看到新聞，

立即就捐資和2000多件衣物，

他說：大災面前無小家。

他成立了「潼臻一生」公益基金會，

致力於去提升，

中國高層住宅防火減災水平，

倡導房產開發商、物業服務企業，

及社會各界充分重視消防安全，

促進家政服務業，

完善保姆的甄選管理機制。

他還計劃資助失學兒童，

到貧困山區去蓋學校。

他說：如果我們家遭遇的慘痛，

能夠讓全中國，

許許多多的業主和他們的孩子們，

從此睡得更安穩、日子過得更安心，

那麼，我的孩子們和我的妻子，

他們短暫的生命，

他們在火災中遭受的無量苦，

或許算得上對人世間的一份功德吧！

林爸爸已經皈依佛門，將在佛法和行善中找尋內心的平靜，度過餘生

這個滿身傷痕的

依舊

心懷滿滿的善意，

溫柔地對待整個世界。

今天，我們要謝謝他，

謝謝他的死磕！

如果不是他，

我們可能永遠喚不醒很多的盲區。

他所做的，

不僅僅是為妻兒遇難不得不討的公道，

不再生活在隱患中，

不再發生同樣的悲劇！
