153、我們要養成一種良好的品質，善於去觀察、發現、欣賞生活與他人美好善良的一面，然後將之變為一種習慣。這樣我們在思想與行為上才能逐漸變得高尚與純粹，才能真正與佛法相應。

153. We need to cultivate a good quality, that is to become good at observing, finding and appreciating the good aspects of life and other people, and then turn it into a habit. Only in this way can we become noble and pure, both in mind and in action, and become really consistent with Dharma.
