The FitFam 10 Workouts Challenge kicks off on Sunday, June 3rd!The goal is to complete 10 workouts in the span of 14 days, with no more than one workout per day counting towards your overall tally. Since we』re challenging you to complete 10 workouts, we』re giving you 10 reasons to join.

Real results 真正的成效
We』ll be holding fitness tests on their first, and last two days of the challenge. You』ll record basic measurements, such as how fast you can run a mile, how many burpees you can do, and a few more. At the end of two weeks you』ll be able to see how much you』ve improved!
挑戰賽第一天及最後兩天我們會對挑戰者們做體能測試。體能測試將記錄一些基本的體能數據,比如跑步一英里的用時,限時內波比跳次數等等。兩周挑戰賽結束的時候,你將以數據發覺自己的進步。

Get into a routine 習慣的養成
Over the two weeks you』ll want to plan ahead, make time, and stick to a routine so that you can get to all 10 workouts. After just two weeks of following this routine, it will be much easier to stick to a consistent workout schedule the rest of the year.
在這兩周里,你會想要提前安排健身計劃,騰出時間,並按慣例堅持訓練,來完成10次健身挑戰。僅在遵循這一慣例兩周後,你會發覺讓健身計劃成為日常生活的一部分將會容易得多。

Been wanting to trial some of the amazing new gyms in town? We』ve got the hookup. Throughout the two weeks we will be announcing special classes at the hottest (not literally, don』t worry - they all have aircon) gyms in town, which you』ll be able to attend totally free of charge - just bring your smile and enthusiasm.

The Challenge brings out hundreds of participants, who like you, just want to have fun and get fit along the way. Meet like-minded people, bond over some sweat and motivate each other work harder.

Challenge participants will be split up into teams for the duration of two weeks. Each team has two motivators who will help keep you on track, motivate you each day and answer any questions you might have. Your team will have a specific theme.
所有參賽的夥伴們在這兩周里都會被分組,每組將會被派兩個激勵者協助跟進每位組員的每日鍛煉進度並回答各組員的問題,且每組都會有一個小組名稱代表各自主題。

In your quest to complete 10 workouts we strongly encourage you to try different locations. We』ve got 22 different locations in Shanghai alone, check out West Bund in the evenings, Run On Empty Streets bright and early, or make your way out to Pudong to plank among the skyscrapers.
我們牆裂建議大家嘗試不同的健身地點來完成10次健身挑戰。FitFam僅在上海就有22個健身地點,晚上可以參加徐匯濱江(俗稱「西岸」)鍛煉,清晨可以跟著Empty Street跑團跑步,或者越過黃浦江在璀璨的陸家嘴濱江跑道上和小夥伴們一起鍛煉一起揮灑汗水。
