Haining Bafang Weaving Co., LTD. is a professional manufacturer of various denim fabrics, together with dyeing, weaving and finishing. And annually produces 28 million meters denim fabric. In dyeing aspect, the company is equipped with Morrison rope-dyeing production lines and an import testing system to test the dyestuff automatically. And it also has German SUCKER machine. In weaving aspect, the company owns 250 the most advanced Picanol OPTMAX rapier looms. In finishing aspect, the company owns the most advanced machines, such as Morrison sanforization machines, laser printing machine from LST Turkey and Ozone machine from Jeanologia Spain.

For weaving materials, the company not only uses routine cotton, but also successfully introduces Tencel and Modal from Lenzing, Thermolite and Coolmax from Invista, Repreve Recycled Poly from Unifi. For the dyestuff, the company used 40% prereduction indigo from Dystar and super size from CASSIS.

In the area of environmental protection, the company invested ten million in the waste water treatment system in 2010, it builds a wastewater reuse facilities, and with that system 52% waste water can be reused in the production. It tried best to reduce the sewage discharge. Also the company have built the solar electrical energy generation system in 2015, about 50% of electricity consumptioncomes from solar energy per year.

環保方面，2010年八方在原有的污水處理系統上投資1000萬元，通過提升改造，新建了一座中水回用項目，該項目使52%以上排放廢水實現回收利用，循環回用到生產工藝流程，為削減污染源的排放做出了我們應有的努力。其還在2015年新建了分散式光伏發電項目，每年50%用電量源自於太陽能。
