性侵案開庭！Harvey Weinstein 否認全部控罪

荷里活電影大亨 Harvey Weinstein的性騷擾醜聞曝光後，警方指他涉嫌性侵兩名女子，更在早前到紐約警署自首，並於美國時間的 6 月 5 日正式開庭，Harvey Weinstein 被控強姦罪和性犯罪行為，警方指他涉嫌性侵兩名女子，而他亦已否認全部控罪。其代表律師 Benjamin Brafman 在庭外表示：「Mr. Weinstein has denied these crimes. He has never engaged in non-consensual sex with anyone.」表達出 Harvey Weinstein 從未與任何人進行非自願性行為，同時更表示其當事人是被誣告強姦：「As terrible a crime as rape is, it is equally reprehensible to be falsely accused of rape. In his view, he has been falsely accused of rape.」最後，Harvey Weinstein 獲准以 100 萬美元保釋外出，並需要佩戴追蹤裝置及放棄護照。

而據《Reuters》報導，代表兩名被性侵女子的律師 Gloria Allred 表示：「It』s long overdue for him to face this.」表示他遲遲不肯面對這狀況。此案將於 9 月 20 日再度出庭，如果 Harvey Weinstein 被定罪，將需要面臨 5 至 25 年的監禁。
