Opening of CPPCC Heilongjiang Province 12th session first meeting

At 9:00 on the 24th, the first meeting of the 12th Committee of the Chinese People"s Political Consultative Conference in Heilongjiang Province was grandly opened at the Global Theater of Harbin International Convention Center.

The four-day conference will elect the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general and standing member of the 12th committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People"s Political Consultative Conference.
