武漢富力威斯汀酒店任命劉超先生為酒店的行政副總廚

近日,武漢富力威斯汀酒店任命劉超先生為酒店的行政副總廚。

劉超擁有20餘年的酒店職業經歷,曾就任於凱賓斯基、華美達、假日等國際品牌酒店,並曾在法國里昂工作1年,在法餐領域有著非凡的造詣。除了法餐,豐富的從業經驗使他在中式菜肴中的粵菜和湘菜擁有著紮實的烹飪功底。不斷為出品注入獨到的靈感,提倡在傳承經典的基礎上突出食材本身的魅力。不斷學習進取的他,還在2011年獲得了江漢大學工商管理學士學位。

此次履新,劉超先生為武漢富力威斯汀酒店注入新的血液,以他在烹飪上的專業性和對於美食的獨到見解來為江城客人呈現多元美道,通過他在管理方面的才能帶領酒店餐飲到達一個新的高度。

Mr. Mark Liu was appointed as Executive Sous Chef of The Westin Wuhan Wuchang.

Mark has more than 20 years experiences on hospitality industry such as Kempinski Hotel, Ramada and Holiday Inn etc, and he also has worked in Lyon for 0ne year in the past period. Then he has proficient cooking skill on French cuisine. He is also good at to cook Chinese food which is including Cantonese cuisine and Hunan cuisine. His inspiration comes from food material and he makes them satisfied your taste. At the meantime, Mark also achieved the Business Administration Bachelor Degree in Jianghan University in 2011.

Welcome Mark to join in the team of the Westin Wuhan Wuchang, he will provide new food and bring something new to all guests with his accomplished cooking skill and management skill.
