I would liketo talk about reincarnation.

我想來談談轉世輪迴

What is reincarnation?

什麼是轉世輪迴？

The word 「carne」 of course means flesh and incarnation is the process of a soul or spirit entering a physical human body.

轉世這個詞是描述靈魂或說靈性意識進入人類身體的過程

Reincarnation means the repeated return of that soul or spirit into a human body.

轉世輪迴意思是靈魂重複不斷的回到人類身體

Let"s take a closer look at it.

讓我們來看得更近一些吧

We are by nature spiritual beings or called souls.

我們本質上是靈性存在或說是靈魂

Our truerealmof existence is of course spirit

我們真正生存的境界當然是在靈性世界中

so why would some of us want to incarnate,

那為什麼我們會想要轉世，

meaning enter the physical body here on earth?

進入人的身體來到地球生活呢

Now the reasons are many fold.

其中原因是很多種的

Some come here to observe, some come here to assist other souls

有一些是來觀察的，有一些是來協助其他靈魂的

some come to explore,

還有一些是來探索的

some come to simply enjoy physicality,

當然還有一些純粹是來享受肉體快樂的

but the vast majority of us come here

但絕大多來到這裡的靈魂

because we are bound to the cycle of reincarnation.

是因為還被轉世輪迴所限制著

Which means we still have unfinished business here on earth.

意思是說，我們在地球上還有未完成事務

Reincarnation gives us the opportunity to completeand heal anything

轉世輪迴給我們機會來完成和療愈那些

that has not been resolved or completed in a previous lifetime.

前些世尚未解決和完成的事務

Souls intuitively know what we still have to clearup.

靈魂直覺地知曉我們還有哪些需要清理的

Any hurt, anypain, any loss that has not been atoned for or forgiven

所有的傷害 痛苦 還有那些未被補償和寬恕的遺憾

will call us back into another life.

會將我們再次召喚回來

Nobody is forcing us to go, but we know that

沒人強迫我們這麼做，但我們知道

we cannot spiritly advance until

只有療愈了在人世間的所有問題，

we have healed everything down here.

我們的靈魂才能得到成長

We therefore have a deep desire to make amends or experience

所以我們深深的渴望去彌補和經歷

the effects that others once suffered from our thoughts, words, actions,

我們的思想言行曾帶給他人的痛苦

which is called Karma.

就是稱之為業力的

Therefore, out of our own free will we choose to reincarnate once again.

因此，出於自由意志，我們選擇再次轉世

Now the souls with whom we often have the most of our karma

現在，那些與我們共有最多業力的靈魂

are the members of our future family here on earth.

他們就是我們未來在地球上的家人

They also have come here for the same reason:

他們也是出於同樣原因來到地球：

to heal and overcome past karmas with each other and with us.

來療愈和超越彼此間的業力

Therefore, they are usually of similar vibration than we are

因此大家有著非常相似的振動

and this is important because we know that

這點非常重要，因為我們都知道

our soul can be only attracted to parents of similar vibrations.

我們的靈魂只會被具有類似振動的父母所吸引

We may have been in this particular family many times before

我們可能已經在這個特定的家庭許多次了

but in different constellations and maybe in different sex.

但可能是在不同的族群中、扮演不同的性別角色

It can be that we have been the mother or father ofour future parents in a previous lifetime

可能我們曾在過去世是父母，現在世扮演孩子

and together as a family we have created causes

作為家庭成員，我們創造了許多因

that now chain us together as karma.

從而形成業力將大家鏈接在一起

and now wehave the chance and reincarnate again and loosen these chains

現在我們有機會再次轉世，去解開這個業力鏈

and undo this karma which will reside in mutual freedom.

通過清理業力而讓大家得以重獲自由

What happens here in this family

我們與家庭成員這種因果關係，

applies to all other people who we meet in our life.

也適用生活中的其他關係

At work, inclubs, our neighbors.

在工作中，在小團體里，在社區里

We either are attracted or repelled by some of them

我們要麼被他們吸引，要麼覺得很排斥他們

and that usually means that there is some karmic ties that needs to be cleared up.

這通常意味著與他們之間還有待解除的業力鏈

Now you may wonder if this is all true,

你現在可能會想如果這些是事實

why don"t we know much about karma or reincarnation?

那為何我們都不記得業力和過去世了？

Well there is no absolute need to know about reincarnation to have a successful life here on earth.

因為，要把今生過好，完全不需要記得過去世

We are all given some wonderful tools that tell ushow to live our lives on earth.

已經有許多好工具，可以用來指導我們如何過好今生

Most souls incarnate into cultures

大部分靈魂所轉世進入的文化中

that have one dominant book of wisdom.

都有一本代表著主流智慧的寶典

That can bethe Torah, the Bible, the Quran, and so on.

這可能是律法 聖經 古蘭經等等

In all of them they have the same basic roots oflife and the golden rule

所有這些律法經典都有一個相同的基本準則和黃金定律

that says don"t do unto others what you don"t want them to do unto you.

那就是「己所不欲，勿施於人」

they say it in different words, but the meaning isthe same

表述的方式有所不同，但都是一個意思

and in the Western word we also have the ten commandments and the Sermon on the Mount.

在西方社會有十條戒律和《登山寶訓》

They are straight forward, very simple, no tcomplicated.

這些教誨都直截了當，非常簡單一點都不複雜

In a few words, we are advised not to kill,

簡而言之就是建議我們不要殺戮

not to lie, not a cheat, not to steal,have no idols,

不要說謊，不要欺詐，不要妄言

and respect our parents and help and assist all those less fortunate than we are,

敬重父母，幫助那些不如我們幸運的人們

but most of all alsoto love and honor God who is in everyone and everything around us.

我們還要敬愛和榮耀萬事萬物內含的神性

The problem is that we also know about all these basic rules of life prior our incarnation,

問題是，這些基礎生命定律都是我們出生前就熟知的

but once we are here on this earth plane, we easily forget.

可一旦降生到這個星球，我們就將之輕易忘卻

We are bombarded by so many distractions and temptations

我們不斷被無數事情分心和誘惑著

that we can easily forget our ideas and the reason why we incarnated.

很輕易就忘卻了自己轉世的初衷

We get lost in our ego materialism and selfishness

我們逐漸迷失在小我的物質主義和自私自利中

so once again we might make new or similar mistakesas in the past

跟過去世一樣，再次犯下或新或舊的錯

and then we are even more trapped in the cycle of reincarnation,

導致我們更深陷輪迴難以解脫

but if we live consciously by the basic root of life

但只要我們持續的以黃金定律和十條戒律

like the golden rule and the 10 commandments,

作為基本生活準則

we can bring our soul into a higher vibration.

就能提升靈魂的振動頻率

That means

這意味著

when we die, our soul will then be attracted to a higher level of existence than we were before we incarnated.

我們死後靈魂會被吸收進入比轉世前更高層次的存在

Eventually we will no longer need this life or death cycle here on earth

最終我們將不再需要回到地球的生死輪迴

andcontinue our education and our growth of consciousness in the higher realms.

而去到更高境界繼續我們意識的學習和成長

Now some of us may wonder

現在有人會問

why we usually don"t remember any of our previous lifetimes?

那為什麼我們通常都不會記得任何前世的事情

This is purposely hidden from us

這就是被刻意隱藏的

because we should live in the here and now

因為我們的生活只在此時此地

and exact knowledge about our former incarnations would only burden us.

而對前世的清楚了解只會給我們造成負擔

Think about it. We may have done, maybe if I had hundreds of former lives,

想想吧，可能在過去經歷的幾百個前世中，

and we may have done awful things.

我們做過一些可怕的事情

Now this knowledge alone

那些過去的記憶

would overshadow our decisions in carrying out ourdaily tasks.

只會讓我們在日常事務中難以篤定

Once we understand the dynamics of the law of reincarnation

一旦我們理解了轉世輪迴法則的運作方式

everything falls into place.

所有事情都清晰明朗了

Suddenly everything makes sense.

突然之間所有事情看起來都道理了

Why are some poor, others are rich?

為什麼一些人貧窮，另外一些富裕

Some healthy, others sick?

一些人健康，另外一些生病

Why there are Wars and so on.

為什麼還會有戰爭等等

I have always been amazed by the incredible love andperfection that rules our magnificent universe.

我一直都驚嘆於掌管這個宏大宇宙的愛和完美的法則

Naturally, this was only a very short overview

當然這只是一個剪短的概述

and I hope you are inspired to study more on thisincredible subject.
