WO3/TiO2複合薄膜的製備及其電致變色性能

使用水熱法在摻氟氧化錫塗覆的導電玻璃基板上生長TiO2納米線,隨後在TiO2納米線上採用水熱法生長WO3納米線,製備出WO3/TiO2複合薄膜。通過循環伏安法(CV),計時電流法(CA),計時電量法(CC)等電化學測試技術研究了WO3/TiO2複合薄膜的電致變色性能;採用紫外分光光度計對薄膜的著色﹑漂白狀態的響應時間進行測試。通過以上測試,我們計算得到了薄膜的循環穩定性﹑光調製﹑著色效率和切換時間(Y和X)等參數。結果顯示WO3/TiO2複合薄膜的電致變色性明顯提高,其中WO3/TiO2複合薄膜可逆性增加了6%,著色效率提高了40.96cm2/C。

Abstract:TiO2nanowires were prepared on FTO by hydrothermal method. Then WO3nanowires were prepared on TiO2nanowires by hydrothermal method to obtain WO3/TiO2composite films. The electrochromic properties of WO3/TiO2composite films were studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV), chronoamperometry (CA) and chronocharging (CC). The response time of the coloring and bleaching state of the film was tested by UV spectrophotometer.Through the above tests, we calculated the parameters such as cycle stability, light modulation, coloring efficiency and switching time (Y and X). The results show that the electrochromic properties of WO3/TiO2composite films are obviously improved. The reversibility of WO3/TiO2composite films increases by 6%, and the coloring efficiency increases by 40.96 cm2/C.
