薩巴提諾松露披薩

配開心果、蜂蜜和布拉塔芝士

Sabatino Truffle Pizza

with Burrata, Honey and Pistachios

或薄底或厚底,或意式或美式,薩巴提諾松露披薩餡料無論搭配哪種披薩麵餅都會讓人讚不絕口!

Crispy or soft, Italian or American style… every chef has a secret recipe to create his unique Pizza dough. No matter which is your style, you』re going to love this amazingSabatino Truffle topping!

準備材料 (12寸披薩)

Ingredients (12-inch Pizza)

義大利果仁味羊奶乾酪80克,切成細條 (或是任一種義大利半軟乳酪)80 gr. Fontina cheese, finely shredded (or any other Italian semi soft cow』s cheese)

原味開心果一把,切碎

A bunch of unsalted Pistachios, roughly chopped

布拉塔芝士100克

100 gr. Burrata

蜂蜜一湯匙

1 tablespoon Honey

薩巴提諾黑松露橄欖油

Sabatino Black Truffle Olive Oil

初榨橄欖油

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

食鹽

Salt

黑胡椒粉末

Ground Black Pepper

製作過程Preparation

根據你的喜好製作好披薩麵餅。

Make the pizza base according to your favourite style.

將披薩麵餅鋪開,撒上義大利果仁味羊奶乾酪,並零星的滴上幾滴初榨橄欖油和少許食鹽。

Roll out the dough, scatter with Fontina cheese, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with a pinch of salt.

烘烤直至芝士融化,麵餅變成金色,便可將披薩餅從烤箱里取出。撒上開心果。將布拉塔芝士撕碎並放在披薩餅上,撒上蜂蜜。再將披薩餅放回烤箱里烘烤,直至布拉塔芝士融化。

Bake until crust turns golden and the cheese is melted.

When the pizza is almost ready remove from the oven. Sprinkle pistachios on top. Tear burrata into pieces and dollop on top. Drizzle with honey. Put the pizza back into the oven and bake until the burrata is just warm and the honey is runny.

將薩巴提諾黑松露橄欖油零星地撒到披薩上,加入一些黑胡椒粉末,即刻享用。

Once ready drizzle withSabatino Black Truffle Olive Oil, a generous amount of ground black pepper and serve immediately.
