望城經濟技術開發區概況Wangcheng Economy and Technology Development Zone
望城經濟技術開發區成立於2000年，2014年升級為國家級經濟技術開發區。園區規劃控制面積60平方公里，下轄烏山、白沙洲、黃金園、金山橋4個街道，東臨雷鋒大道，西至黃橋大道，北起旺旺路，南連長沙高新區。園區全境納入國家級湘江新區、環洞庭湖生態經濟圈、長株潭「兩型社會」綜合配套改革試驗區和國家自主創新示範區四大國家發展戰略範疇，列為國家和省、市、區重點建設區域。
Founded in 2000, Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone was upgraded to a national economic and technological development zone in 2014. With its planning area of 60 square kilometers, the park take charge of Wushan Street, Baishazhou Street, Golden Park Street and Jinshan Bridge Street, Leifeng Avenue in the east, Huangqiao Road in the west, Wangwang Road in the north, Changsha High-tech Zone in the south. The entire park is integrated into the national development strategies of the national Xiangjiang New District, the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Circle, 「resource-economical and environment-friendly society」 comprehensive reform pilot in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan agglomeration and the national independent innovation demonstration area, and is listed as national, provincial, municipal and regional key construction areas.
目前，園區已形成了有色金屬新材料暨智能製造、食品加工、電子信息、現代商貿物流等四大產業集群；入駐企業1300餘家，其中規模以上工業企業162家，境內外上市公司、世界500強企業51家；組建國家級實驗室4個，國家級企業技術中心3個，院士、博士後工作站6個；擁有中國馳名商標14個，湖南省著名商標63個；獲批國家有色金屬新材料精深加工高新技術產業化基地、國家新型工業化產業示範基地、國家知識產權試點園區、中國物流示範基地。2017年，園區完成規模工業總產值1045億元，同比增長15.6%；實現財政總收入40.1億元，同比增長10.2%；經濟發展呈現出又好又快、後發趕超的強勁態勢。
At present, the park has formed four major industrial clusters of non-ferrous metal, intelligent manufacturing, food processing, electronic information, and modern trade logistics; and more than 1300 enterprises have been settled here, including 162 industrial enterprises with its main business income of over 20,000,000 yuan, 51 companies listed at home and abroad or being one of Fortune Global 500, 4 national laboratories, 3 state-level technology centers of enterprises, and 6 academicians and postdoctoral workstations. Here are 14 well-known Chinese trademarks and 63 well-known Hunan trademarks. The zone was awarded as national high-tech industrialization base of the finish machining of new materials of non-ferrous metal, national new industrialization demonstration base, national intellectual property pilot area, and China logistics demonstration base. In 2017, the park achieved total industrial output value of 104.5 billion yuan, and an increase of 15.6% year-on-year and total fiscal revenue of 4.01 billion yuan and an increase of 10.2% year-on-year, which shows the economic development enjoys a strong momentum of good and rapid development and catching up.
「十三五」，園區將全面貫徹市委第十三次黨代會確立的「建設國家中心城市、實現基本現代化」的戰略部署，全面落實區委第二次黨代會確立的「加快建設更加美麗強盛幸福的名望之城」的戰略要求，以「打造千億主導產業、進軍全國百強園區」為奮鬥目標，全面實施「產業強園」和「人才興園」兩大戰略，著力將園區建設成為產業發展重地、招商引資窪地和政務服務高地，成為望城區域經濟發展的強勁發動機、湘江新區的重要產業增長極和長沙創建國家中心城市的新力量。
In the thirteenth Five-Year Plan, the park will fully implement the strategic deployment of 「building a national center city and achieve basic modernization」 determined by the 13th Party Congress of the Municipal Party Committee, and put into fact the strategic requirements of faster establishing a more beautiful and thriving city of fame and fortune determined by the second party congress of the district committee. With the goal of 「creating a leading industry of a value of one hundred billion yuan and entering the top 100 industrial parks in the China」, the strategies of making the park stronger by bettering various industries and introducing more outstanding personnel will be implemented in comprehensive aspects. Efforts will be made to improve the park to be a key area for industrial development, investment attraction, and government services. By doing this, the park has become a strong engine for Wangcheng regional economic development, an important industrial growth pole in Xiangjiang New District, and a new force to improve Changsha to be a national center city.
