本套方案在原始功能區的劃分上只設置了辦公區域，功能性較差。入戶就是長長的走廊，劃分兩邊的辦公區域，使整體空間氛圍呆板又無趣。楊工在與業主初聊方案時便直接點出了整個空間的不足。在達成了設計合同以後，帶著平面方案進行了一次溝通通過提案進入施工階段。
