（一）緣起：
隨著互聯網，雲計算，大數據，區塊鏈的不斷創新與發展，人們的生活方式和工作方式都已經有了翻天覆地的改變，幾乎在全球任何一個時間，空間，各行各業都在談論BLOCKCHAIN，幾乎是全民擁抱區塊鏈的時代！區塊鏈的本質就是去中心化與共識機制，本次「全球鏈動·星際同盟」社區共建計劃，志在打造出全世界最大的共享社區。
