特別策劃7.0 LONG-PLAN福在長屋
「長屋計劃」（LONG-PLAN）是華南理工大學與都靈理工大學的師生一同設計與建造的新式住宅，正在山東德州參加2018中國國際太陽能十項全能競賽（SDC2018）。
The"LONG-PLAN" is a kind of new house designed and built with teachers and students fromSouth China University of TechnologyhandPolitecnico di Torion. It is taking part inSDC2018.
「長屋計劃」（LONG-PLAN）正是基於漫畫中這樣一種群體。房屋的使用者可能是創客、藝術家、設計師等富有創造力與行動能力的新時代青年。這類現代年輕人擁有巨大的住房需求，並追求新穎的生活模式。然而現代城市為追求高容積率，盲目建造高層住宅，難以滿足青年群體日益增長的居住生活質量需求。
LONG-PLAN is based on such a group in comics. The users of the house may be creative young people, like artists, designers and so on. This kind ofmodern young peoplehave huge housing needs and pursue a new life style. However, in order to pursue high volume ratio and blindly build high-rise residential buildings in modern cities, it is difficult to meet the growing demand of the quality of living of young people.
Team SCUT-POLITO為回應這一現象，以傳統的狹長型住宅為靈感，在傳統的基礎上演變，旨在形成低層高密度的社區，具有容納大量人口活動和激化街區活力的優勢。並且引入了「集成體」的概念，將服務性設施與輔助性空間高度集成，以獲得更為舒適的居住環境和靈魂自由的空間功能。最終達到從生態、人文、科技三個方面營造一個極具活力的青年集合共享社區，由歷史走向未來。
In response to this phenomenon, Team SCUT-POLITO, inspired bytraditional long and narrow houses, evolved on a traditional basis, designed to forma low storey communitywith high density with a large number of population activities and an advantage to stimulate the vitality of the block. In addition, the concept of "integration" is introduced to integrate the service facilities with the auxiliary space to obtain more comfortable living environment and the space function of the freedom and the soul. Ultimately, we can create a dynamic community of youth gathering and sharing from three aspects ofecology,humanities and technology, and move from history to the future.
