225、什麼是魔？方便地說，讓你心亂、煩惱、痛苦的都是魔。如果你的心動了，它擾亂了你心的清凈，它就變成魔了；如果你的心不動，心清凈了，一切都是佛，哪裡有魔呢？

225. What is Mara? In brief, anything that makes you disturbed, afflictive or painful is Mara. If your mind is unstable, and its purity is disturbed, then the mind turns into Mara; if your mind is clear and pure, then everything is Buddha, no Mara can be found anywhere.
