227、看一個人修行如何，不是看錶相，而是看他對有情眾生是否有真實無偽的慈悲心、菩提心，對上師三寶是否有堅定不移的信心，貪嗔痴等煩惱、習氣是否在減少。

227. To value a person』s practice is not by seeing his appearance, but on whether the person is able to generate the true compassion and Bodhichitta, whether he has the truthful and unshakable faith to the Guru and the Three Jewels, whether his desire, hatred and ignorance and bad habits are diminishing.
