一切都是無常的，尤其是生命。我們的生命彷彿水泡，看起來很美，但隨時都會消散；生命亦然，就在呼吸中生滅。所以大家一定要分秒必爭，精進修行哦！

Everything is impermanence especially the life. Our lives are like bubbles which are looked beautiful but will dissipate at any moment. So is life, which is born and dies in the breath. So we must seize every minute and strive to practice.
