可以對唯物主義者示現神通嗎Can I perform supernatural power to the materialist

問：假設我是修行成功有神通的人了，而另外的一個人是唯物主義者，不相信這些神通，如果我給他示現神通，比如我在牆上或者石頭上按個手印，他的心狀態不接受這個現象，他能看到嗎？

答：神通是肯定有的，有神通也可以示現神通，但是我們解脫成就不是靠神通，弘法利生也不是靠神通。神通是不究竟的，是靠不住的。有神通也解決不了煩惱，有神通也解決不了生死，所以作為一個學佛人修行人不能太執著這些，也不能修神通。有神通的話，有時候也可以示現神通。

Question: Suppose I am a practice achiever possessing the supernatural power, while there is a materialist who does not believe in these supernatural power. If I show the supernatural power to him, such as making a hand print in the wall or a rock, but his mind does not accept the phenomenon, will he see it?

Guru answers: There is indeed supernatural power existence, you can show it if you have it. But neither our liberation and attainment nor promoting Buddhism and benefiting beings relys on the supernatural power. Supernatural power is not ultimate, which is not reliable. With supernatural power, one cannot deal with annoyance or live and death. Therefore, a Buddhist should not cling on it, nor practice it. Sometimes you can show the supernatural power if you have it.
