申請要求：

1+ month of professional experience through internships, part-time, or full-time work

Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment

Financial analysis or accounting experience

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry

Leadership experience

Candidates are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university undergraduate program majoring in Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, or similar major in a business-related field with a target graduation date of May/June 2020

Applicants have completed or are in the process of completing at least two basic accounting classes

Prior customer facing work experience

Have a local network in the market (i.e., volunteer experience in the community, have attended networking events, etc.)

Compliance and Operational Risk Associate Program 2019

A BS/BA degree or higher in business or economics

Prior professional development experience including internship and/or coop program

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
