對世間福報有貪愛的時候，

一旦擁有福報，

就不可能沒有傲慢心；

一旦失去福報，

就不可能沒有嫉妒心。

貪心，是一切煩惱的根源。

When there is the desire for the worldly fortune, once you own the fortune, you cannot be without arrogance. Once you lose the fortune, you cannot be without jealousy. Desire is the root of all afflictions.
