最近我對「情商」這個詞有了新的理解——高情商的人，原來最不講道理——迫不及待的想分享給大家。

這篇文章不長，我找了幾個角度，分別來跟你聊聊為什麼高情商人都不講道理。

情商高的老闆

少和員工講道理

梁寧看紙牌屋都跟我們不一樣，她看完學到一點：

管人的本質，就是管理情緒。

克萊爾一路輔佐伍德，直到當上總統，她永遠知道如何管理伍德的情緒。

比如第一集，伍德被他一路扶上馬的總統耍了，他在街頭悶坐一天，回家後，克萊爾應該幹什麼？

給他安慰，給他講道理？

NO，她直接刺激他，讓伍德將桌子上的東西掃到地下摔碎.... 這是幹什麼？讓伍德的情緒快速到達頂點釋放。然後，遞給他一支煙，讓他站在熟悉的窗前。

伍德呢？他的對手都是高智商生物，講道理、PK邏輯，伍德肯定贏不了，但是他懂得抓住他們的心理，每個掉進伍德坑裡的，都是輸在情緒上、心理上。

梁寧說：

反思我當年創業的時候，管人的能力很差，因為我只會一招——講道理。這就是情商低啊情商低。

我朋友在一家新媒體公司上班，說特別煩：老闆特別喜歡開會，一開會就特別喜歡講道理，講道理上癮，讓我們學習某某公司，說人家公司晚上都加班到凌晨....你給我多少錢啊，我給你加班到凌晨....

所以，那個老闆天天講道理也沒用，大家到點就下班走人。

可你想想，馬雲當年帶領18羅漢創業，不光工作環境差，還工資低，又天天加班，可是大家還是不願意離開。為什麼？

因為馬雲情商高啊，他能把人都搞的很嗨。

高情商的老闆，不跟員工講道理，聰明的老闆講故事，善良的老闆講KPI，講利益分配。

當然，對於那些只講故事畫大餅的老闆，我想把張小龍的話送給你：我勸你善良。

另外，別以為天天講很多道理，能幫多大忙。

不能講道理么？能。

講一遍，他懂了。他去做，說明他信。他不去做，不是他不懂，是他不信，你再BB十遍他也不信。

那怎麼辦？讓他自己去撞南牆，讓他去犯錯，去經歷，然後他就懂了。

高情商的孩子少和父母講道理

管人就是管情緒，管理其實無處不在，人與人相處，其實就是在管理對方的情緒，而管理情緒，最好不要通過講道理來實現。

前段時間知識星球社群里有個星友提問：

粥老師好，請教一個問題。我女兒上初二，個性外向，喜歡吹牛，智商中上水平。但沒有上進心，讀書積極性不高，成績在班上和全校是中上水平，父母的管教沒多少效果，請問如何突破，爭取有所成長和進步。謝謝你。

我說：

別過多管教，你說的那一套一套的道理，學校各科老師說的還不夠多麼？父母把控制欲降低一點，少講道理多去愛。

01. 你看到的不一定是真的，初中的孩子都很叛逆，即便內心有上進心，也不願意表現出來。按我的記憶，那個階段的我們，以展示不求上進為酷和瀟洒。

02. 初中的學業並不輕鬆，沒上進心，讀書積極性不高，感覺很難把成績維持在中上水平吧。

03.愛吹牛，這個不知道怎麼定義。我高中時說要考到北京，我大學時說我要留在北京，畢業後我經常說以後我要在北京買房子，我要創業怎樣怎樣…… 我媽老說你這孩子怎麼老吹牛…… 後來，我想做啥時都不願意跟我媽說了…… 說不定你以為的吹牛，正是她有追求有上進心的表現。

04.你女兒成績不錯，已經很優秀了，少管教，多讚美。成績中上，性格開朗，還沒有學壞，對這個階段的孩子來說，挺好了。按這節奏走下去，不會差。有條件的話，寒暑假多帶出來旅行，看看更大的世界，體驗過更好的東西後，她自然想追求更好的。

反過來說，我們也不要老跟父母講道理，否則也情商太低了，你講不通的。

我剛畢業那會兒，我的爸媽經常想說服我讓我考研、考公務員。

一開始我會跟他們講道理，為什麼我包括我們這樣的家庭不適合考研、考公務員，之前我寫過一篇文章就說了，公務員可能是最不適合窮人家的孩子做的工作。我也可以把知進退和邊際效益這樣的東西講的通俗易懂，但是他們能聽懂就會理解你么？

不會的，因為觀念不同、立場不同，價值觀不同。

而且他們「愛你」、「為了你好」......

所以，我每次高高興興的回家，吃完飯就要不高興的吵一會兒，我講各種道理來論證。其實最後我說服他們了，他們也只是表面被說服，心裡還是固執的認為自己是對的，不然為什麼下次又勸你一番？好像上次白討論了...

和父母講道理，太特么情商低了。

那怎麼辦呢？

他們說，你乖乖聽著就行了，非爭那個幹啥。然後剩下的，你全力以赴去用行動和結果證明你按你的路徑走是對的，大家皆大歡喜。

父母最終希望的就是你有個好的結果，過的好，當你沒有、過的不好時，他們當然會按照他們的經驗想給你指一條路徑，他們沒有錯。但是當你用自己的路徑走出一條路來時，他們看到你好的結果，自然也不會去干涉了。

所以後來我就不跟父母爭了，我拚命按照我的想法去努力，讓他們看到，我可以有體面的工作，體面的收入，有開心的生活....

現在他們再也不說我了，因為他們看到了。

高情商的愛不講道理

我最見不得一種事：

在北京熙熙攘攘的地鐵站里，看到一對情侶大聲吵架。

我覺得女生都很要面子，你在公共場合這樣吼太特么不是人了。

所以每次看到，我都恨不得過去跟傻逼男的說：

她只是需要一個擁抱，你這個傻逼卻跟她講道理。

人家跟你談戀愛，你特么跟人家講道理：講道理要你幹嘛，不如去看書。

所以，戀愛裡面更多不是「對與錯」，而是「愛與不愛」。老是講道理的戀愛不會長久，因為雖然你對，但你不夠愛。

高情商的愛，要少講道理，多哄她，你不想哄，放開，讓我來嘛。

結了婚更不能老講道理，否則你們家，除了吵架就是冷戰，尤其是沒錢的時候，我小時候在農村學到一個詞叫「窮嘰歪」，就是越窮的兩口子，越愛吵架講道理。

過窮日子的時候互相扶持，過富日子的時候互相信任，這裡面靠的都不是道理，而是愛。

中國人好客，出於禮貌在外面不會輕易釋放自己的情緒，卻喜歡回到家裡跟自己的親人講道理，一言不合就吵架，兩個人情商都低，互不相讓，最後就變成互相講道理，但道理其實是永遠講不清的，這就是家庭矛盾激化的源泉。

所以，講個屁道理——講道理，請對外人講，對自己人，講感情就好。

高情商的人不跟傻逼講道理

前幾天，我在知識星球里說：

做公眾號三年，內心柔軟了，因為遇見了太多的愛。內心也變硬了，因為經常遇到下圖中的留言，不管你做什麼，總有人罵你。

記得剛入行時候，運營一個50萬的大號，自己也在上面寫文章，評論區里什麼人都有，大家在網上口無遮攔不用負責，所以經常有那種不和諧的聲音，我每次看完都會忍不住回復，給他講道理，有時候碰到杠的，我們能來來回回說十條，氣的吃不下飯，晚上刷著評論區睡不著覺。

現在回想起來，真的是情商低啊。

人家就是來噁心你的，你還一本正經的跟人家講道理。

其實不光是運營公眾號，生活中工作中，我們也經常遇到傻逼，千萬不要跟他們講道理，他們本來就想拉你下水，你別真上當。

高情商的人，會把時間花在喜歡自己的人身上。對討厭的人，不浪費一點生命。

高情商的人不跟朋友講道理

我們剛才說了，不跟傻逼講道理，為什麼跟朋友也要不講道理？

其實是從另一個角度講。

朋友之間出來吃個飯、聊個天，最怕你喜歡杠，一杠就情商低了。

朋友就是出來一起放鬆一下，聊天大部分也是互相吹吹牛扯扯淡，本來很多話就是經不起細細推敲和嚴密論證的，結果你老是跟打辯論賽似的，動不動就揪住一個點想給大家講道理。

你講的對又怎樣，你讓朋友們不開心吶。

情商高的人，不講道理

因為他懂人性

高情商的人為什麼最不講道理？因為他們都懂一個更底層的道理，這也是我從梁寧老師那裡學到的：

人非機器，人有情緒。人與人的相處，充沛的道理是最沒趣味的部分。真正讓人和人的關係有機互動的，是情緒，彼此能挑動情緒，就是對眼了，就是氣味相投了。

大多數情況下，你和你的愛人、同學、朋友、同事，都有類似的知識背景、經驗背景，這種東西都有一定的圈層屬性，也就是說，這個圈層里的常識性的道理和邏輯，大家都懂，用不著你講。

比如老闆給員工講的大道理，其實員工大部分都懂，聽得耳朵都起老繭了。

人的底層操作系統是情緒，一個人由情緒構成，靠情緒驅動，所以高情商的人，手裡把玩的不是道理，而是情緒，他們善於觀察、管理雙方的情緒，讓雙方都舒服，讓關係趨於持久共贏。

我見過情商最低的行為，就是不停的講道理。
