獨特稱號－Nike 為其智能鞋款申請「Footware」專利商標

各位如較早前有留意報導的，都知道 Nike Adapt BB在本月正式著陸香港，Nike更加為 NikePlus 會員帶來試穿服務的體驗。而從 Adapt BB 上看，Nike 未來應該會持續發展到不同運動層面，豎立出屬於自己的一個領域。剛巧地The Fashion Law便報導，在上月末時 Nike 便向美國專利商標局（USPTO）提交一份意向使用商標申請，希望能以「Footware」這個用字來涵蓋品牌智能鞋款的術語，並使用該術語來描述特定的功能。有關申請目前正在等待美國專利商標局的審查，而如果 Nike 真的能獲得這稱號，這將會是令各品牌注目，從而有助推廣更多，有興趣的不妨繼續留意著我們 HYPEBEAST 的報導。
