【劉欣：中國人都明白，沒有知識產權保護，國家和個人都無法得到保護。個例並不代表美國或中國就是在「偷竊」】Liu Xin: There is consensus among Chinese people that no country or individual can protect itself without IP protection. Isolated cases do not mean that America is stealing or Chinese people are stealing.

1. 兩個人都同意貿易戰對所有人都不好。

2. Trish 指責中國盜竊知識產權，劉欣說，很多美國公司來中國，開拓中國市場掙了很多錢。不否認有知識產權盜竊的問題，認為需要處理，政府和社會群眾都有共識，要重視知識產權。世界上很多知識產權訴訟，很難說美國偷中國或者反過來。

3. Trish 提到華為被拒絕進入美國很upset，那我問你一個問題，如果你有很高端的技術，你中國願意分享給我們嗎？劉欣說當然可以，只要支付相應的費用就可以了，世界就是在互相交換，她本人也有來自美國的英語老師。

4. Trish 問中國現在經濟這麼好，什麼時候不叫自己是發展中國家，什麼時候不向世界銀行借錢。劉欣說很多人提到中國的確強大了，但別忘了三倍於美國的人口，平均gdp低於美國的六分之一。很多國家都指望著中國做一些實事，而我們的確也有給聯合國貢獻。

5. Trish提到不止美國對中國有關稅的狙擊，中國也有反過來。那我們互相降低不就好了嗎？劉欣：的確很好，但如果中美互降，那就會在關稅上對歐盟，日本等地不公平。關稅需要長期的談判和共識才可以的。美國單獨自己決定要多少關稅，而中國尋求共識。

6. Trish問劉欣怎麼定義state capitalism, why China has a state-run capitalism, that』s an interesting economic system. 劉欣：我們是市場主導的社會主義國家，我們的經濟體並不是state owned. 80%人員是被私人公司僱傭的，很多影響社會的公司，如互聯網公司，都是私人擁有的。我們的市場是打開的。
