阿根廷這起離婚判決，讓全世界男人都瑟瑟發抖

如果丈夫能換位思考、知道體諒妻子還好。如果婚姻破裂這筆賬要怎麼算呢？

最近，阿根廷一個60多歲的家庭主婦，就決定把自己的前夫告上法庭，支付自己過去27年的家務勞動費。

An Argentinian local court ordered a 70-year-old man to pay his ex-wife 8 million pesos ($173,000) as compensation for 27 years of house work.

阿根廷當地法院判決一個70多歲的男子，賠付前妻27年的家務補償，合計800萬比索（約合人民幣117萬）。

Judge Victoria Famá made the landmark ruling after taking into consideration that the elderly couple』s roles had been well-determined during their 30-year marriage, with the woman, identified only as M.L., taking care of the household, while the husband went to work.

法官Victoria Famá說做出這樣的判決是因為在30年和睦的婚姻里，丈夫一直在上班，而妻子M.L.一直在盡心照顧家庭。

據了解，妻子M.L.婚前也有不錯的學歷和工作，但是為了照顧家庭和孩子辭去了工作。

Despite holding a degree in economics, the woman put aside her professional career to raise her children and take care of the house.

2009年，兩人分居並於兩年後離婚，女方因為年齡原因，一度陷入經濟困局。

The Argentinian couple separated in 2009, and divorced two years later. Since then, the woman has experienced financial difficulties due to her inability to find a job and receiving meager retirement benefits, while her husband reportedly 「lived a good life」.

這對阿根廷夫婦2009年分居，兩年後離婚。之後女方一度因為找不到工作經濟困難，只能靠微薄的退休金勉強度日，他的前夫卻據說活得很瀟洒。

By the time M.L.』s husband left her, she was already 60-years-old, too old to even be considered on the job market.

兩人離婚時，M.L.已經60多歲了，因為年齡太大，在用工市場上很難找到工作。

雖說清官難斷家務事，但是最終法官站在了妻子M.L.一邊。

判決書是這麼寫的：

「After 27 years of marriage the accused abandoned his wife when she turned 60 years old, the age at which women obtain retirement benefits, being excluded from the labour market,」 Judge Famá』s ruling stated. 「The economic dependence of wives on their husbands is one of the central mechanisms through which women are subordinated in society.」

「經歷了27年的婚姻後，被告人在妻子60多歲的時候拋棄了她。這時候她已經到了退休年齡，只能退出勞動力市場。」法官Famá的判決書上寫道。「妻子對丈夫的經濟依賴導致很多婦女在社會上處在被動的地位。」

Judge Famá described the compensation amount as 「a reasonable sum in order to balance the disparate economic situations of the spouses」. She added that the woman』s degree in economics and the age at which her husband decided to leave her were also taken into consideration.

法官Famá認為800萬比索（約合人民幣117萬）的賠償「能合理地平衡這對夫妻間的收入差異。」她補充說「女方的經濟學學位和男方決定離開她時女方的年齡，也是考慮賠償金的重要因素。」

對於這個判決網友都認為沒毛病。

As a result, they have less time to engage in paid labour, or work longer hours, combining paid and unpaid labour. Women』s unpaid work subsidizes the cost of care that sustains families, supports economies and often fills in for the lack of social services.

Yet, it is rarely recognized as 「work」. Unpaid care and domestic work is valued to be 10 and 39 per cent of the Gross Domestic Product and can contribute more to the economy than the manufacturing, commerce or transportation sectors

Mexican women spend the most time on these tasks at 6 hours and 23 minutes a day while Mexican men spend an average of 2 hours and 17 minutes on unpaid work.

墨西哥婦女每天無薪工作時間最多，為6小時23分鐘，而墨西哥男子平均花在無薪工作上的時間為2小時17分鐘。

Next are Portuguese women who spend 5 hours and 28 minutes a day on unpaid work while their menfolk spend only 1 hour and 36 minutes, the lowest in Europe after Turkey.

葡萄牙婦女，每天花5小時28分鐘在無薪工作上，而她們的丈夫只花1小時36分鐘。葡萄牙男人投入家庭的時間在歐洲排倒數第二，僅僅高於土耳其男人。

In Europe, the most helpful men are the Danes who spend 3 hours and 6 minutes a day helping out at home.
