繼7月1日上海實行垃圾分類投放之後，中國北京、廣州、深圳、蘇州、成都、南京等46個一二線城市也陸續開始嚴格實行垃圾分類投放...
顯然，對於此刻發生在中國的這場「回收資源革命」，國外的網友在給予足夠的關注之餘，還不忘對本國政府發起呼籲：
1、Shikagari
If you live in China, mandatory garbagesorting is coming to a city near you.
如果你住在中國，強制性的垃圾分類已在距離你不遠的一座城市開始了。
But in Mexico, our garbage is piled up wantonly. Flies and mosquitoes make many people sick. Of course, they also bring about environmental pollution.
但在墨西哥，我們的垃圾肆意堆積。蒼蠅和蚊子使許多人生病。當然，它們也會造成環境污染。
2、Electrician Mad Man
Since I was born, the UK began to classify garbage, but more than a decade later, our garbage is still in a mess!

4、Allen"s Mother
I am an Indian. I am jealous of this innovation in China. There are still people who urinate and defecate everywhere in our streets. Moody"s toilet revolution is planned for 20 years. I think it"s very difficult for me to see the classification of rubbish in India in my whole life.
我是印度人，中國此次的革新讓我嫉妒，我們的大街上至今還有隨地大小便的人，穆迪的廁所革命在計劃中還要20年，我認為我這一生都很難看到印度的垃圾分類了！
5、Marine pianist
I think Mongolia should classify garbage. Plastic bags fly with the wind every time it gets windy. Damn it! Once I was almost suffocated by flying plastic bags!
我認為蒙古應該垃圾分類。每次颳風時塑料袋都隨風飄揚。該死的！有一次我差點被飛起來的塑料袋窒息了！
But it"s hard to put it into practice. They would rather carve a Genghis Khan who is not our ancestor at all, than spend time managing a mess of garbage!
但一切很難付諸實踐。他們寧願雕刻一個根本不是我們祖先的成吉思汗，也不願花時間處理一堆垃圾！
當然，相較於此類對垃圾分類的支持，不少外國人同樣毫不掩飾的表現出了對中國垃圾分類的反對以及可笑的偏見。
1、Saito Gaoren
Damn it, China has started to classify garbage, so the Chinese toothbrush I bought will certainly be mixed with a lot of garbage plastic!
該死的，中國已經開始分類垃圾了，所以我買的中國牙刷，肯定摻雜了很多垃圾塑料！
2、Long live Stan

3、Kurdish repairman
Not long ago, China refused trash boats from the United States, but now they start recycling from their own trash cans. I think this is unfair competition and prejudice!
前不久中國拒絕了來自美國的垃圾船，但是現在他們卻從自己的垃圾桶里開始進行回收，我認為這是不公正的競爭和偏見！
4、Jack Isaac
Japan has been classifying garbage for decades, and I don"t think it"s necessary for China to do that, because even in the recycling process, classified garbage will be mixed up and shipped to foreign countries.
日本已經實行了幾十年的垃圾分類，我認為中國完全沒必要這樣做，因為即使進入回收環節，分類好的垃圾也會混在一起，然後裝船出售給國外。
5、The Prince of Flying Cake
I think it"s a violation of human rights. Garbage is a very personal item, but in China, they"re turned up and put there for identification.

American garbage classification will not be like this, Any attempt by astranger to pry into our bin bags is going to be unwelcome.

in the final analysis, it is a natural process, which is related to the overall quality of a country, of course, the United States garbage classification also has some disadvantages, but it must be caused by Mexican origin!

不過，相較於這些充斥偏見和不友好的評論，有些來自已經實行了多年垃圾分類國家的外國網友，還是對中國提出了不少的意見：
1、Nordic poets
Back in the UK, getting people on boardwith rubbish sorting and recycling has been a decades-long project. Twenty-fiveyears ago at kindergarten, I was taught about protecting the planet, whileschool trips often took us to the beach to pick up rubbish that had washedashore.
說回英國，讓人們接受垃圾分類和回收已是一項歷時數十年的計劃。25年前在我上幼兒園時，老師教育我們要保護地球，而學校組織的旅行也經常把我們帶去沙灘，收集那些被衝到岸邊的垃圾。
China has an urgent garbage problem, butresolving it will take time. Recycling can provide rewards much more valuablethan virtual tokens on a smartphone.
中國面臨嚴峻的垃圾問題，但是解決這一問題需要時間。資源循環利用帶來的好處要比智能手機上的虛擬代金券有價值的多。
But the biggest challenge is teachingpeople to embrace the sense of pride that we can all share, in doing somethingfor the good of our planet.
但是最大的挑戰是要教育人們接受這樣一種自豪感，即我們在共同做一些事情，為了我們地球的福祉。
Therefore, incorporating the concept of garbage classification into the education of schools and families is the basis for the continuation of the campaign.
因此，把垃圾分類的概念融入學校和家庭的教育中，是繼續開展這項運動的基礎。
2、Night in Damascus
@Nordic poets，I agree with you.，At Hangzhou"s only landfill site, I wasshocked at how many recyclables are simply being buried in the ground ratherthan used and re-used again. I was surrounded by a mountain of rubbish,standing on top of the equivalent of a 30-story building made of trash.

For China"s garbage separation campaign,education will be essential in the long term.

3、I"m a rhinoceros
I think China"s "ant forest" is a good model, combining recycling and the latest technology, so that users can see their progress more easily, and can get real benefits from garbage recycling, which may be the next step in the development direction of garbage classification in China!
我認為中國的「螞蟻森林」是一項不錯的模式，把回收和最新技術融合起來，讓用戶更簡單的看到自己的進步，並能從垃圾回收中獲得實在的好處，這或許是下一步中國垃圾分類的發展方向！
4、Father Goriot
There is no doubt that China has the courage to classify garbage in a big country with 1.4 billion people. The courage it has taken to do so is tremendous.
毫無疑問，中國在一個14億人口的大國實行垃圾分類，這件事所付出的勇氣是巨大的！
But in the same way, the benefits from it deserve the attention of the whole world. Congratulations to China, I hope you can continue to adhere to this great cause beneficial to all mankind!
但是同樣，由此帶來的收益也值得全世界所關注，祝賀中國，希望你們能夠繼續堅持這項有益於全人類的偉大事業！
5、Birch forest
I think the significance of garbage classification in China will exist in human history. If human beings can make rational use of their garbage, then our world will be better!
我認為中國垃圾分類的意義將存在於人類歷史中。如果人類能合理地利用他們的垃圾，那麼我們的世界將會變得更好！
確實，對於外國網友「Birch forest」對於中國垃圾分類的評價以及由此對全人類的期許，老鐵也表示贊同。
正如網友「Emily」所說的那樣：垃圾是放錯了位置的資源！
我想，這句話背後所蘊含的道理，不僅對於正全面推進垃圾分類的中國而言，意義重大，對於正飽受資源匱乏與環境污染的世界而言，同樣不可小覷！
世界需要的是什麼？不過是如中國人一般的勇氣罷了。
