轉子間嵴

轉子間嵴是位於股骨頭後側的骨嵴，從大轉子的頂端向小轉子斜向下和向內延伸。

從後面和上面看右股骨的上肢。（轉子間嵴標在右邊。）

髖關節囊（擴張）。後方。（轉子間嵴標在右下角。）

與頭部前側的股骨轉子間線一起，牙冠標誌著股骨頸和股骨軸之間的過渡。嵴的中間和近端三分之間的高度稱為方形結節[1]。嵴的上半部分形成大轉子的後緣。

股骨上的遠端囊狀附件遵循頭部和頸部之間的不規則邊緣的形狀。因此，髖關節囊在前側的股骨粗隆間線區域內，但手指遠離頭部後側的轉子間嵴。[2]
