我国5年内完成历史文化街区和历史建筑确定工作

All cities in China are expected to have finished the identification of historic districts and buildings within five years to better protect these sites of interest, according to an official with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. 日前，中国住房与城乡建设部一名官员透露，我国所有城市将于5年内完成历史文化街区和历史建筑确定工作，以更好地保护这些古迹。

Fu Shuang, director of the ministry"s historic and cultural city protection division, made the remarks at a forum in east China"s Jiangsu Province. 住建部历史文化名城保护处处长傅爽是在中国东部江苏省的一个论坛上发表的上述言论

Historic cities, towns and villages illustrate developments in China"s history showing advances in society, culture and technology, said Fu. 傅爽表示，历史文化名城名镇名村是我国社会、文化和科技发展的历史见证。

City governments must identify districts that feature historic sites and define them as such, Fu said at the ninth historic town protection forum. 傅爽在第九届历史城镇保护论坛上指出，城市政府需将本地区内历史建筑集中成片的区域核定公布为历史文化街区。

China has 252 towns and 276 villages listed as famous historic and cultural localities under special state protection. 目前我国全国共有国家重点保护历史文化名镇252个、历史文化名村276个。
