THE OPPORTUNITY

Baobella boutique is one the fastest growing Asian beauty online websites-with its HQ based in London.

We are now looking for a super talented Customer service representative who can also assist the marketing manager (you must be able to speak and write Mandarin and English to be considered for the role).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing and resolving complaints in line with documented policy and procedures via customer emails, phone, live chat, weibo, and wechat services

Processing associated administration between calls

Regularly test the website and report any bugs or issues to our web team

Recording customer issues and experiences in order to help us build a better customer service for our users

Managing stock on website

Working with the marketing team on social media and email marketing campaigns

Help the marketing team to research ways to reach more potential customers

Maintain consistency of company brand

Deal with day to day customer orders and enquiries

Other general admin duties when required

ABOUT YOU

Can write and speak both English and Mandarin fluently

Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for giving great customer service

A keen desire to learn and a great work ethic. You must be willing to pitch in, help out and be useful

Able to resolve complaints in a friendly and professional manner

A keen interest in beauty. Understanding of Korean and Japanese beauty is desireable

Have great communication skills on the phone, email, and live chat to help address customer concerns

Basic knowledge / experience in online marketing

Knowledge of web design and experience of Adobe software, in particular Photoshop is preferred

Proficient use of MS Office

Excellent organisational skills

Someone who can prioritise tasks, and work to deadlines

We can offer you the chance to learn more about online marketing and customer experience and pay for you to learn in specialised training courses.

If you perform exceptionally, there is the potential to be promoted up to a managerial position due to the rapid growth we are experiencing in the company.

This role would ideally suit a recent graduate who is interested in customer experience and online marketing.

Salary: 16-17k a year + Bonus
