講座主題：武術與美國文化

Martial Arts is the fastest and most excitingsport to grip the American culture. This event will trace the history ofmartial arts in the United States and demonstrate how the youth utilize martialarts to improve their self-discipline, confidence, and health. The lecturer,dressed in an authentic martial arts uniform, will demonstrate variousmovements and training techniques. Finally, we will discuss how martial artsled to the Ultimate Fighter Championship and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) explodingaround the world.

武術讓你最快地抓住美國文化的精髓，也是一項也是最激動人心的運動。該講座將追溯美國武術的歷史，展示年輕一代如何通過武術提高自律、自信、與健康。演講者將會穿著武術服，現場展示各種武術動作和訓練技巧。最後，我們將一起討論武術如何進入終極格鬥冠軍賽（Ultimate Fighter Championship）以及綜合格鬥(Mixed Martial Arts)，並風靡全球。

講座語言：英語
