1. Fold a blanket into a narrow stack that』s the length of your spine.

將瑜伽毯疊成與脊柱等長的長條。

2. Sit close to a wall and place the blanket behind you, perpendicular to the wall.

靠近牆坐下，將疊好的毯子置於體後，與牆面垂直。

3. Lie back onto the blanket, then scoot your buttocks as close to the wall as possible and send your legs up.

向後躺於毯子上，臀部儘可能貼近牆面，雙腿向上伸展。

4. Rest with arms by sides.

雙臂於身體兩側打開，放鬆。
