第二屆津門.盤山越野跑挑戰賽將於2017年9月2日在天津.盤山舉辦。

The 2nd Jin Men International Ultra-Trail Challenge will be held on 2nd September 2017 at Tianjin Panshan.

共設70公里挑戰組、35公里進階組和10公里體驗組。

There are 3 levels of groups: 70 KM challenging group, 35 KM advance group and 10 KM experience group.

本賽事為國際越野跑協會認證賽事，完賽可獲得ITRA和UTMB積分。

The contest is recognized by International Trail Running Association（ITRA）Earning ITRA bonus and UTMB bonus after the completion of the contest.

六，報名條件以競賽規程

一> 70公里

1、報名年齡18周歲以上，60歲以下，身體健康，無高血壓、心臟病史以及妨礙劇烈運動的其他疾病的人方可報名

1.All the contest members must in the age range of 18~60. Application approval the contest members who are in a good condition of health and have no history of hypertension, heart disease or any diseases which are interfere with strenuous exercise.

2、選手需向組委會提交以下任意一項的成績證書：

2. Contest members must provide any one of completion certificate of events blow:

a.正式越野比賽50公里（含）以上項目的完賽成績證書

a. Certificate of final race performance of 50 km (or above) events in official ultra-trail race

b.兩年內1次全程馬拉松賽（42.195公里）或其他同等級別賽事的完賽成績證書

(70公里建議有越野比賽30公里以上經驗的選手以及進階選手）

b. Certificate of achievement in the 1 Full Marathon (42.195 km) or other equal level events in two years (Recommend contest members experienced 30 KM (or above) ultra-trail race to apply for 70 KM group)

二>、35公里

1、報名年齡不低於18周歲（1999年以前出生），身體健康，無高血壓、心臟病史以及妨礙劇烈運動的其他疾病的人方可報名

1、All the contestants must over 18 years old(born before the year of 1999). Application approval the contestants who are in a good condition of health and have no history of hypertension, heart disease or any diseases which are interfere with strenuous exercise.

2、選手需向組委會提交以下任意一項的成績證書

2. Contest members must provide any one of completion certificate of events blow:

a.正式越野比賽21公里（含）以上項目的完賽成績證書

a. Certificate of final race performance of 21 km (or above) events in official ultra-trail race

b.最近兩年內一次半程馬拉松賽（21.1公里）或其他同等級別賽事的完賽成績證書

(35公里適合初中級越野跑愛好者，馬拉松向越野跑過渡人群）

b. Certificate of achievement in the 1 Half Marathon (21.1 km) or other equal level events in two years (35 KM group is appropriate for contest members who are in the primary / semi level of ultra-trail race, or have experienced marathon events to apply)

三》、10公里

報名年齡不低於18周歲，身體健康，無高血壓、心臟病史以及妨礙劇烈運動的其他疾病的人方可報名

(10公里適合家庭旅遊，企事業單位團建）

All the contestants must over 18 years old (born before the year of 1999). Application approval the contestants who are in a good condition of health and have no history of hypertension, heart disease or any diseases which are interfere with strenuous exercise. (10 KM is an appropriate event for family outing and team building for corporations)

四》比賽計時（Race Timing）

1、比賽使用手環晶元計時，賽前需繳納手環押金100元，押金領物現場收取，只限現金，賽後退手環退押金；丟失或損壞的，按無成績處理，且不退還押金；

2、參賽者到達計時檢查點須主動配合裁判員計時，不得遺漏任何一個檢查點，否則總成績無效；

3、比賽號碼布，必須置於身體明顯位置，在比賽過程中要被裁判員和工作人員清楚看見，不遵守此規定者，按犯規處理，不計入成績；

4、比賽設有分段關門時間，參賽者在各補給站關門時間之後到達該點的，須主動退出比賽。

5、經醫生檢查，身體狀況不適合繼續比賽者也應退出比賽。拒不退出者不享受賽事補給和安全保障。

6、因個人原因要求退賽者，須在就近的檢查/補給站向裁判員提出。所有退賽者在填寫「退賽登記表」後由賽會工作人員幫助送回比賽終點，拒不填寫者，賽會不負責運送回終點。

1、￥100 deposit is charged (cash only at the pre-contest race bag collection) before the contest for matching the wrist strap for chip timing. The lost or damage of the wrist strap will cause no recording of contest achievement and no refund of the deposit.

2、After the arrival of the time check point, contest members must cooperate with the referee for time recording. Any miss of check point will cause the failure of final achievement record.

3、Contest number bib must be placed in the obvious position of body and can be visualized by referees / the race crew. Achievement record is invalid if contestants failed to comply this rule.

4、Each water station has relative closing time in the race. Contestants arrival after each station』s closing time must withdraw the race.

5、Contestants must withdraw the race if he/she is in any condition of diagnosis as in appropriation for the continuation of the race after medical examination. No safety and supply will be guaranteed if contestants refuse to withdraw the race in such condition.

6、Withdrawing the race due to personal reasons should apply the request to referees at the nearest check point/water station. All withdrawing contestants will be sent to the finishing line after completing the "withdraw registration form". The race crew are not responsible to send withdrawing contestants to the finishing line without filling the 「withdraw registration form」.

五》違規處罰 （Violation Penalty）

1、違反以上競賽規則之一者按犯規處理：取消比賽資格和比賽成績，不享受參賽運動員和完賽運動員的待遇。

2、賽會成績公布48小時內，參賽運動員如對其他參賽者成績有異議，或發現其他參賽者有抄近路等違規行為可向裁判長投訴並提供證據，組委會將調取被投訴者的比賽記錄予以核實，並作出裁決。投訴費200元。

3、參賽者如違反以上競賽規則將被處以罰時、取消參賽資格處分。是否處分、如何處分由賽事組委會全權決定，不設上訴。

4、任何人私下轉讓名額，一經發現，受讓者將被罰出場外，轉讓者和受讓者均將被列入組委會賽事禁賽名單，並向其他越野賽組委會通報。

1、Any violation of regulation above will be penalized: Disqualification of the race and the result, those contestants shall not has the race finishing treatment.

2、Contestants objection to other contestant』s result or whistleblowing of cut cross should provide proof and report to referees within the 48 hours before the announcement of final result. The race organizing committee will check reporter』s record to verify and make the final decision. The reporter will gain ￥200 for the complaint.

3、contestants violated regulation above will be penalized and disqualified the race. Whether to be penalized or not is decided by the organizing committee without appeal.

4、Any transfer qualification of the race in private will be asked to leave the race site once be found. Both assignor and transferee will be included in the organizing committee competition ban list, and will reported to other ultra-trail race organizing committee.

六》交通（Transportation）

1、大巴：京津冀、東三省、山東等地均有直達盤山景區大巴，具體聯繫當地旅行社；

2、 火車：外省-天津-薊州

3、 自駕：導航，盤山景區

1. Bus：Beijing Tianjin Hebei, China, Shandong and other places have direct access to the mountain scenic bus. Contact local travel agencies for further information.

2. Train：Other provinces - Tianjin – Jizhou

3. Self-Driving：GPS to Pan Shan Scenic Area

八》賽事強制裝備（Compulsory Racing Equipment ）

手機、1.5L水壺或水袋、頭燈（70公里組）、急救毯、一次性雨衣

以下裝備建議攜帶：登山杖、太陽鏡、手套、遮陽帽

(強制裝備需全程攜帶，裁判人員在任意補給站檢查，違規者將被終止比賽資格）

Cellphone, 1.5L water bottle or water bag, head lamp（70KM group）, First aid blanket, Disposable raincoat.

The following equipment is recommended to carry: Alpenstock, Sunglasses, Gloves, Sun hat

(compulsory equipment needs to be carried throughout, judges are checked at any supply station, violators will be disqualified)

九》獎勵辦法 （Incentives）

各組別，男女前三名分獲冠、亞、季軍獎盃和獎品。

完賽者將獲得完賽獎牌和電子版證書，70公里組別獲得精美完賽紀念衫。

The first 3 (3 male and 3 female) completion of the race in each group will have champion, runner-up place and second runner-up trophies and prizes.

All completion of race will receive the medal and the electronic edition certificate, and the 70KM group will receive a commemorative shirt.
