DESIGN CONCEPT

長安鼎峰悅境營銷中心是於強室內設計師事務所的新作，設計師以當代精神作為設計載體，嘗試以藝術的手法打造一座室內外一體化的「夢境涼亭」，來挖掘這座擁千年歷史古鎮——長安沉睡已久的魅力。

HappyLand Sales Officewas conceived by YuQiang & Partners Interior Design recently. based on therealm of contemporary essence, the architect attempted to create a 『DreamPavilion』 integrating the inside and outside of this sales office, whilereleasing the long-slept charming of this thousand-of-year historical downtown:Chang』an.

「

仍然擁有的彷佛從眼前遠遁，已經逝去的又變得栩栩如生。人不僅僅是一個感觀的接收體，也是一個敏感的記憶再生裝置，能夠根據記憶在腦海中再現出各種形象，甚至是同時由幾種感覺刺激相互交織而成的圖景。這正是設計師所在的領域。」設計師似乎更能理解「美」，並且擅長於用抽象的思維通過一系列的腦部「機械」轉換成最終的理想。

「Though the existingthings seem escaped in front of you, the missed ones become as vivid as life.Not only are people a sensory receiver, but also the re-born installation inthe memory of sensation. Meanwhile, people are able to let segmented pieces intheir heads reappear in a particular object, even a complex of feelingsstimulation blends each other to develop a new scene. That』s the imaginaryfiled where architects stand in.」 Luckily, architects seem like that they couldunderstand 『what is beauty』 much better, and are accomplished in transformingtheir ideas into reality in abstract thinking through a wide range of『mechanical motion』 in the head.

銷售中心位於長安市中心，錯落在群樓之間，對於這座新興發展的古鎮來說，銷售中心的存在猶如夜空中的一顆星，照亮著它前行的腳步。建築外立面採用銀灰色穿孔鋁板圍繞這個方形的地塊，保持中空部分的空氣流通來隔絕一部分外部的嘈雜聲。而簡潔的摺紙狀外皮膚不僅增加了建築立面的空氣接觸面積，而且原本顯得有些乏味的「盒子」頓時產生了動感，如水面產生的漣漪，動中有靜，和喧鬧的街景形成一種無聲的對比；建築正前方的廣場讓整個銷售中心愈加顯得威嚴，猶如堅實的壁壘，不可攻破。

HappyLand Sales Office islocated in Chang』an Downtown and strews at random in high buildings nearby.Because of its intervention, this grew old town marches forward under itssparkling presence. Perforated silver aluminum panels, adhering to the fa?ade,covers this square-like site and work as an effective medium to keep the aircirculating while decreasing a part of noise outside. But conciseOrigami-shaped vertical skin increases the area of contacting air while makingthe gigantic dull 『box』 dynamic instantly, as if rippling on the water andcausing an ambience of co-existence between movement and still whilecontrasting with raucous street beside; the square placed in front of the building strengthen the atmosphere of dignity and grace, auxiliary to the sales office as a steady for tress to defend external invasion.

建築的四分之三高度採用防紫外線玻璃幕牆，讓戶外風景一覽無遺，空間之於建築，建築之於自然。光影、玻璃、木、紗簾與挑高空間的碰撞，這種夢幻而現代的設計語言被運用在此空間中，皆是對空間品質的表述。空間的極致通透與建築的簡潔細緻完美融合，在形態與結構中，營造出精緻與夢幻，塑造獨具魅力的「夢境涼亭」。

The three-quarter heightof the structure』s wall was replaced by the ultraviolet-proof glass tointroduce the live street scene into the whole space without visual obstruction,space exists based on the architecture and nature accommodates the archprogressively.The spectacular collision between shadow, glass, wood, windowgauze and the void space becomes a dream-like and contemporary programminglanguage and raises it in the space, a kind of profound expression for thequality. The extreme tranquility of space and detailed concision of thearchitecture blends perfectly, in the term of configuration and structure,creating exquisite and illusion when building the unique 『Dream Pavilion』.

室內空間的功能劃分通過簡單的空間有序排列形成多種可能性，各個方向無障礙的視覺體驗讓室內外產生一種平穩的過渡，一切都是那麼的自然、和諧。為了劃分出清晰的功能空間，設計師通過在空間中放置小型的橡木裝置比擬涼亭，別出心裁，錯落有致的排列讓空間多了幾分生氣。

The single volume wasdivided into various functional sections through the simple and orderlyarrangement. The barrier-free sight experience in all directions brings abalanced transition between inside and outside, apparently natural and harmonious.For the reason to partition distinct functional areas, the architect createdseveral small-scale oak installations parallel to a pavilion and managed toutilize them in the planned layout. Indeed, it breaks a new ground of itself,and well-proportioned arrangement adds great vitality to the entire space.

每一個涼亭下方都配有一個環形的藝術燈，照亮黑夜，彷彿置身在萬籟俱靜的星空下，去捕捉令人神往的夢境。搭配原裝進口的傢具和飾品，讓這個空間精緻純凈而又與眾不同。

Circular artisticlighting is set at the bottom of each pavilion, light up the darkness inside.You will find yourself as if exposed at a serene night with a universe ofstars, to capture those fascinating scenes of dreamland. Incorporating importedfurniture and accessories, the space appears delicately unsophisticated anddistinctive.

室內空間的內牆面採用和建築同樣的造型，達到「你中有我，我中有你」的自然狀態。其他功能空間則藏於這堵幕牆後方，通過一條幹凈利落的長廊進行連接，可以到達接待室、洗手間以及二樓空間。

The interior wallparallel to the glass wall has been applied the same Origami shape, coming upwith an unaffected ambiance of co-existence. Other supplementary spaces hidebehind the wall and are connected by a passageway. Anteroom, women/men』s roomand rooms on the higher level are accessible through the passagewayindividually.
