【酒店】久舍營造 | 杭州徑山精品酒店 ? 「禪院」體驗




 DESIGN CONCEPT






這是一個從場地經營開始的設計。場地約一畝地大小,坐落於水庫大壩一側的山脊轉折處。綠樹環繞的基地內原有一幢兩層高的80年代的三合院宿舍樓,圍合的院中有一棵姿態優雅的高聳松樹,樹冠籠罩著部分建築與半個院落,成為了院子中最強烈的控制力。而項目所在地——禪茶道的發源地徑山,又使這塊場地天然具備了深厚的歷史文化氛圍。因此,保留院落結構與松樹並塑造出潛在的場所精神,成為設計開始就確立的目標。


This is a project that started from engaging with the site. The site is located upon a mountain ridge, next to a reservoir』s dam. There was previously atwo-story 「San-Ho-Yuan」 style dormitory block built back in the 1980s, with acourtyard surrounded by the concave form of the block. There stands an ancientpine in the centre serves as the heart of the courtyard, with its dense canopycovering half of the courtyard and part of the building. Meanwhile, the historical context of the site, to the north of the Jing-Shan Mountain that once gestated the Zen tea ceremony, has prepared it with a deep historical and culturalambiance. As a result, to preserve the courtyard structure as well as the ancient pine, in order to generate its potential spatial spirit, has been established as our design proposition.







通過對周邊景觀資源的研判,西側建築的高度被降低為一層,西側層層遠山的輪廓成為了院中及客房陽台的重要景觀,金色的夕陽也可以以接近水平的角度照進院中,朝西主立面在夕陽和水面的多維度強化下顯現出強烈儀式感,塑造出「禪院」的意象。南側以160公分高的院牆把山林與院子隔開。沿著山風吹來的路徑,U形建筑北側兩個角部被打開:西北角的主入口設置了對角交錯的兩個門洞,從門外便可恰好看到院內保留的松樹;而東北角增加了交通院,通透的直跑鋼樓梯以黑色金屬格柵與綠林相隔,引入山風的同時一併接納了清晨的陽光。這兩處斜向的對角院落『門廳』設置,也拉長了視線的距離,使原本140平米左右的院落被無限延伸。


Through the study of the surrounding landscapes, the decision was made to reduce the height of the west side of the building to one story, providing the courtyardand the rest of the building with the view of the outlines of distant hills from the west. Said method also induces the sunset nearly horizontally into thecourtyard, sprinkling the main fa?ade. Multilayers of water and light togetherpaint the picture of a 「Zen temple」, with an intense sense of ritual. On thesouth side of the yard, there lies a wall with the height of 160cm, separating the courtyard from the wild forest. Paths that come along with the mountain breeze go through the two corners opened up on the north side of this concave building. Through the two diagonally staggered doors on the north-west cornerthat is the main entrance, the pine retained in the yard can just be seen.While to the north –east entrance, a foyer of traffic is placed. The colours of black metal from this translucent steel stair and the green from the naturemelt into each other, inducing the wild breeze and the morning sunshine. The establishment of these two foyers also expands the spatial sensation of the courtyard beyond its actual 140㎡.













為了強化「禪院」的體驗,「山」的意象也在體驗中被一再提示,不僅進入酒店前需要真實的爬山,一條「游山」的路徑也被設計進了酒店內部:入口及院落被分解在多個標高,爬升行為被有意識地與場所光線的曖昧差別聯繫起來。光線被挑檐、水面、柱廊、格柵、天窗等要素仔細控制後,由下至上形成由暗『晦澀』及明『現代』的氛圍轉換,最終在只能看見天與樹冠的屋頂露台達到明的極致,建築『人工』從視線中消失。


In order to enhance the prospect of 「Zen Temple」, the imagery of 「mountain」 has been implied along the experience process. It is revealed in the actualmountain climbing required before entering the hotel, as well as in the tourpath inside the hotel that resembles a walk in mountain. The entrance and thecourtyard is decomposed into various heights, generating nuances of light between different spaces, associating with the physical action of climbing with a subtle intension. The light within the space is controlled delicately by the eaves, the water, the colonnade, the grille, the skylines and other sorts ofelements. The differences of light achieve the transition of ambiance from thedark 「obscure」 to the bright 「modern」 from the lower ground to the higher, and eventually reach its acme of brightness on the roof terrace, where only the skyand the pine canopy are in sight, from which the artificial beings of architecture simultaneously disappear.













在觀景體驗的營造上,設計著重表達了與自然「對坐」的觀念。充滿儀式感的框景角度與院落軸線,無不提醒使用者思考「人——天『自然』」這一組對象的對話關係。而自然、在地的材料使用:木、石、鐵、白色塗料及玻璃,也暗示著一種自然建造的鄉野現實。


The design method, regarding the viewing experience, focuses on the notion of「sitting face to face」 with nature. Both of the ritualistic perspective anglesand the axis of the courtyard intrigue beholders to ponder the relation between「nature」 and 「humanity」. For another, in terms of the use of natural materialson site, such as wood, stone, iron, white paint and glass, it also implies the naturality and rurality that lies in architectural renovation.

關於范久江




自從2001年進入東南大學建築學院算起,接觸建築設計已經17年。而從小時候咿咿呀呀擺弄積木搭成各種各樣奇怪的「房子」算起,「營造」這個詞已經跟了我三十多年。心手合一地建構自己與外部空間的關係,是我對「營造」(相對於「建築設計」,我更願意用「營造」來指代我現在每天做的主要工作)這件事最基本的認知。


Since the start of my studentship in the School of Architecture at Southeast Universityin 2001, I have been engaged in architecture design for 17 years. While lookingback at the time when I was still a toddler, stacking up toy bricks as various funny 「houses」, the word 「construction」 has been with me for over 3 decades ever since. Regarding this very notion (instead of「architecture design」, I prefer to use the word 「construct」 to refer to myevery day work),my fundamental understanding of it is to conscientiously buildup our relations with the external space.


兩年前,從國內大型設計機構中離職,創立了自己的「久舍營造工作室」,為的是讓自己做的事情更符合自我的價值觀。營造對於我來說,更像是一種用來理解世界的思考方式,這種思考是一種帶有強烈指向性的一系列操作。在這之中,空間、界面、材料、構造、結構,甚至自然,都將超越他們物質層面的屬性,將傳統的,當下的,文化(亞文化)的內容編織進來,形成一張巨大龐雜的網。而形式,則帶著活生生,幽靈般的陌生氣息從這張網中浮現。


My studio 「Continuation」 was founded two years ago, aftermy resignation from a large-scale domestic design company, with my intention toachieve my beliefs and values regarding architectures through practice. Toconstruct, as for me, it is more of a way of thinking in order to comprehendtheworld, but conducted through operations with strong orientations. That beingsaid, in the progress of construction, the involved architectural elements,such as spaces, interfaces, materials, structures, and even the nature, willtranscend their physical attributes, and weave the contents in relation tohumanity, that is the traditions, the presents, culture and subculture, into amassive and complex network, while in which, the forms, with their subtle appearance, are subordinate to all the formers.




關於久舍營造




久舍營造工作室 由范久江和翟文婷於2015年在杭州創立,工作室是一家十人左右的小型設計機構,涉及的項目包含建築設計,建築及空間改造和室內設計。工作室秉持從觀念出發,結構性、敘事性的空間營造方法,關注當下的城鄉空間更新與在地建造活動,並不斷積極嘗試以空間生產介入社區營造活動。工作室相信建築與使用者、設計者之間會持續(continuation)地互相影響並改變各自的軌跡,因此需要設計者具備正確的價值觀與預見性的思考能力。


Continuation Studio, founded byFan jiujiang and ZhaiWenting in 2015, is a small-scale architectural designpractice, specialising in architectural design, architecture and spacerenovation, and interior design. Based in Hangzhou, the team realises highconcept design with spatial construction methods of narratives, concerningabout the ongoing development in urban and rural spaces as well as localconstruction activities. Being known for connecting the design to th

e local area and its community, the team believes in designersto have appropriate values and foreseeability to utilisethe relation amongstarchitectures, users and designers, which 「continuously」causes mutual influenceand changes.


工作室成立以來,完成了杭州徑山精品酒店、上海M.Y.Lab木工坊、徐州萬科未來城示範區、莫干山康之家民宿、臨安太湖源民宿改造、石塘海邊石屋群酒店改造等多個建築、室內及改造類項目。


Since the establishment, theteam has completed various projects, including the Jingshan Boutique Hotel inHangzhou, M.Y Lab Wood Workshop in Shanghai, Demonstration Area of Vanke FutureCity in Xuzhou, Casa Kang in Mogan Mountain, a B&B renovation project inLin』an, and renovation of Hotel of the Stone House Group in Shitang.
