印度看不上中國基建，稱基建會帶來環境污染

印度Rediff網圖文並茂的發表了一篇題為《中國基礎設施的20個有趣事實》的文章，描述了中國基礎設施的各方面最新進展，包括高鐵、高速公路、地鐵、機場、港口等。

稱中國有一句諺語是這樣說的—要致富，先修路。

中國人堅信，基礎設施的大規模投資將幫助中國與發達國家並駕齊驅。

所以，為了建立全球經濟超級大國的地位，中國將大約40-50%的GDP投入基礎設施—公路、橋樑、火車、港口、技術、工廠和辦公大樓。

在過去的三十年里，世界上發展速度最快的經濟體—中國，見證了平均10%的發展速度。

而印度人如何看中國基礎設施呢？一名叫Jugal Ahuja的印度網民對Rediff網經常發表有關中國的好消息感到不滿，稱這傷害了印度人。他呼籲rediff停止發表此類讓印度人嫉妒的文章。

以下是印度網友的評論：

Govt should ban cars for people between 17-45.

公路會帶來污染。自行車是無污染的，能讓人保持健康。政府應該禁止17-45歲的人使用汽車。

「」If you want to be rich, you must first eat the money sanctioned for roads,」 says a Indian Political proverb

中國一句諺語說「要致富，先修路」。

印度政治格言是「要致富，你必須吞食公路批建款」。

How many multistory high rise buildings are there in Europe. China is copying USA only, Shangjai is making just the copy of New York. Don』t follow china, without making 100 floor high offices you can be a develop country like France, Germany, Spain etc.

歐洲有多少高層建築。中國只是在複製美國。上海只是在模仿紐約。別效仿中國。不修建100層的辦公樓，你也可以成為法國、德國、西班牙等那樣的發達國家。

This makes us to remove the differences among the Indians in terms of Language, Caste, Religion, Race etc and march towards the 『common cause』 which is the development of India

This brings the unity among us and allow us to think for the better life style in India

這讓我們印度人在語言、種姓、宗教、種族等方面消除差異，從而為「共同的事業」——印度的發展而大踏步前進。

這給我們帶來團結，讓我們思索印度更好的生活方式。

Rediff is only printing hard facts and reality. China is progressing at massive speed and it is visible to the people around the world. It doesn』t matter if they are copying US, Europe or anything else.It is also a fact that reading such facts leaves us Indians frustrated since our government is not progressing at such fast pace (at least not visibly) and we wonder how we are going to be a superpower in the next 30-40 years.

Rediff只是發表無可動搖的事實和現實。中國正快速進步。全世界的人都有目共睹。如果他們模仿美國、歐洲或者其他國家，這並不重要。看到這樣的事實會給我們印度人帶來挫折感，這也是一個事實。我們政府並不是以如此快的速度進步（至少不是明顯的），我們納悶如何才能在未來的30-40年里成為超級大國。

forget about being a super power.the question is how you are going to survive with such poor infrastructure and most of them close to collapsing like Mumbai

忘記成為超級大國吧。問題是，以如此可憐的基礎設施，你如何才能生存下去。就像孟買一樣，大多數基礎設施幾近崩潰。

shameless useless Chinese posting here must be thankful to India and Indians for this technology. Indians are the backbone of each and every IT company. Check Dell, Intel, Apple, Adobe etc

India should not copy china. India should focus on reducing population and bring it down to 10 crores of healthy, well nourished people. For security India should focus on nuclear ICBMs that can reach any location on earth in minutes and should have many launch facilities, then nobody will touch India however mighty it is because they will know couple of nuclear ICBM is enough for them in return. There is no need to copy any nation, just focus on population reduction and nuclear ICBM capability. There is no need to maintain a large army with outdated 10 feet long guns.

Human being in China are like bired in a golden cage. No freedom to enjoy SKY. Be happy with the cage or ready to be gaged.That is what I heard through press since decades.

Chinese soul and culture is dead under communist regime.

中國人就像小鳥一樣被關在金籠里。沒有享受天空的自由。他們在籠子里呆得開心，或者說樂於被關在籠子里。那是我數十年來從媒體那裡聽說的。在…政權下，中國人的靈魂和文化已經死了。

India is always known as land of great magicians. Earlier road side fakirs used to vanish few coins, now a days people elected parliamentarians vanish few bridges, roads and dams. Just like China we are also true to our traditions.

there is no access to international newspapers, TV channels,Youtube, google, facebook etc. And you cannot question an authority regarding his actions…then what?

first ask a Chinese about their happiness ….there are lot of them in Gulf countries…

你應該首先去問中國人是否幸福…海灣國家有許多中國人…

完全是混泥土森林。上面的許多中國圖片都看不到綠色。綠化也應該是發展的一部分。否則，從長遠來看，污染和其他問題將會浮上表面。
