If I had told you eight years ago that America would reverse a great recession, reboot our auto industry, and unleash the longest stretch of job creation in our history...if I had told you that we would open up a new chapter with the Cuban people, shut down Iran"s nuclear weapons program without firing a shot, and take out the mastermind of 9/11...if I had told you that we would win marriage equality, and secure the right to health insurance for another 20 million of our fellow citizens -- you might have said our sights were set a little too high.

In ten days, the world will witness a hallmark of our democracy: the peaceful transfer of power from one freely-elected president to the next. I committed to President-Elect Trump that my administration would ensure the smoothest possible transition, just as President Bush did for me. Because it"s up to all of us to make sure our government can help us meet the many challenges we still face.

一言不合又懟中國

Rivals like Russia or China cannot match our influence around the world -- unless we give up what we stand for, and turn ourselves into just another big country that bullies smaller neighbors.

"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view...until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."

Going forward, we must uphold laws against discrimination -- in hiring, in housing, in education and the criminal justice system. That"s what our Constitution and highest ideals require. But laws alone won"t be enough. Hearts must change. If our democracy is to work in this increasingly diverse nation, each one of us must try to heed the advice of one of the great characters in American fiction, Atticus Finch, who said "You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view...until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."

美國當地時間11日，特朗普召開當選以來的首場記者會，又一次震驚媒體。

CBSNews說特朗普的記者發布會非常任性……

President-elect Donald Trump held a

, hour-long press conference at Trump Tower Wednesday morning -- the first formal news conference he』s held since winning the presidency in November.

當選總統特朗普周三在特朗普大廈舉辦了一場隨心所欲的記者招待會，時長1小時，這也是他11月贏得總統大選後的首個正式新聞發布會。

《衛報》評論說這場記者會簡直是「車禍現場」。

特朗普車禍現場一般的記者會昭示著他懵懂無知的總統任期。可以說特朗普的這屆政府已經混亂不堪，而他甚至還沒正式就職。

《洛杉磯時報》說特朗普得罪一大片，和各方樹敵。

在他六個月以來的第一場正式發布會上，特朗普身體力行充分展現了自己是如何獨立自主，拒絕遵循白宮慣例。

怒懟CNN，你們做的是假新聞！Buzzfeed是垃圾。

就在記者會舉行的前一天，CNN放出重磅消息，稱俄羅斯可能掌握對特朗普不利的信息，而這些信息可能被用來要挾特朗普。

據報道，這些未經證實的材料涉及特朗普不檢點的私生活及其財政融資問題。

這些報道引起特朗普震怒。在新聞發布會上，特朗普當眾爆發，直接打斷CNN記者Acosta的提問，拒絕讓其說話。

"Mr. President-elect, since you are attacking our news organization, can you give us a chance," asked Acosta.

「當選總統先生，既然您在攻擊我社，能不能給我們個機會……」記者Acosta問道。

"Not you," interjected Trump. "Your organization is terrible ... I am not going to give you a question ... You are fake news."

With his attack on CNN, Trump sought to plant the idea that he has enemies in the press, even if he did offer kinder words for journalists in general. At this week"s performance he made Acosta into the bad guy. Soon it will be someone else, because the show must go on.

納粹德國才幹這種事！

特朗普熊熊燃燒的怒火已經肉眼可見了，他說情報機構放出這種消息簡直是納粹德國。

「I think it was disgraceful that the intelligence agencies allowed any information that turned out so false and fake out.」

「我認為，情報機關容忍這樣胡編濫造的虛假信息流出來，是非常丟臉的。」

"I think it"s a disgrace. And that"s something that Nazi Germany would have done and did do. Information that was false and fake and never happened got released to the public.」

「真的太丟人了，那是只有納粹德國才會做的事，他們確實也做過這種事。這種虛假的、編造的、無中生有的信息，絕不應被發布給公眾。」

我可是個有「潔癖」的人

因為這次未經證實的爆料里說特朗普早年在莫斯科談生意時在一個酒店招妓玩sm，於是特朗普就開始了一段冗長的辯論，解釋說自己一直很小心，不可能被抓住這種把柄的……

「I』m surrounded by bodyguards, surrounded by people, I always tell them... In your hotel rooms and wherever you go you』re going to probably have cameras.

「我身邊總有保安，總是被一大群人包圍，我常跟他們說，你住的酒店房間，和你去的每個地方，都可能有監控攝像頭。」

「In those rooms you have cameras in the strangest places... You』d better be careful or you』ll be watching yourself on nightly TV. I tell this to people all the time.」

特朗普關於在美國和墨西哥邊界「修牆」這種提案長久以來被公眾當成一種調侃，不過這次發布會上，特朗普已經迫不及待地要開建了！

「I want to get the wall started,」 he said. 「I don』t want to wait a year and a half until I make my deal with Mexico.」

「我希望能馬上開始修牆，」他說，「我可不想等上一年半才能和墨西哥達成協議。」

而修牆費用誰出這件事上，記者也挺關注的。

一個小插曲，記者提問的時候把「圍牆」說成「柵欄、圍欄」（fence），特朗普還傲嬌地糾正了：

Asked how he will make Mexico pay for a "fence" on the Southern border, Trump corrects a reporter: "It"s not a fence, it"s a wall."

Mr. Trump said Mexico will 「reimburse」 the U.S. for the wall because he doesn』t want to wait to build it until a deal can be made with Mexico.

如何「報銷」呢？

「They will reimburse us for the cost of the wall, whether it』s a tax or whether it』s a payment,」 he said. 「Probably less likely that it』s a payment.」

普京喜歡我是好事啊，我們可以一起打ISIS！

特朗普在發布會上示好普京，引發媒體大量關注。

他說：

"If Putin likes Donald Trump I consider that an asset, not a liability because we have a horrible relationship with Russia."

「如果普京喜歡特朗普，那我覺得這是個財富，而不是累贅，因為美俄關係很不好。」

"Russia can help us fight Isis, which, by the way, is number one tricky. If you look, this administration created Isis by leaving at the wrong time."

「俄羅斯可以幫我們打擊ISIS。而ISIS是我們目前最大的麻煩。話說回來，ISIS就是因為奧巴馬政府在錯誤的時間撤離，才促成了ISIS的產生。」

納稅申報單？什麼納稅申報單？我是總統誒！

當一位記者問特朗普何時會公開他納稅申報單（ tax returns）時，特朗普和她吵了起來。

「I』m not releasing the tax returns because as you know they』re under audit,」 he snapped back.

「我不準備公開自己的納稅申報單，因為你知道，它們正在審計中。」他粗暴回復道。

女記者堅持不懈追問，特朗普老實不客氣說：

「You』re the only one who cares about my tax returns as a reporter.」

「怎麼就你一個記者關心我的納稅單。」

「I won! I mean I became president! I don』t think they [the American people] care at all. I think you care. "

「我已經當上總統了誒！我覺得美國人民一點也不關心（我的納稅申報單）。就你關心罷了。」

奧巴馬醫保，徹頭徹尾的災難

特朗普打一開始就不待見奧巴馬醫保政策，在發布會上，他也明確表示，要廢除這一政策。

「Obamacare is a complete and total disaster,」 he said, citing increased premiums and high deductibles. 「...Frankly, we could sit back -- and it was a thought from a political standpoint -- but it wouldn』t be fair to the people.」

「奧巴馬醫改是一場徹頭徹尾的災難，」他說，然後提到了不斷增加的保險費和高昂的免賠額，「……誠然，從政治的角度來看，我們可以坐視不管，但這對人民不公平。」

至於什麼時候替換奧巴馬醫保，特朗普讓記者們知道了自己有多雷厲風行：

"We"re going to be submitting -- as soon as our secretary"s approved, almost simultaneously, shortly thereafter, a plan. It"ll be repeal and replace. It will be essentially simultaneously," Trump said. "Probably the same day, could be the same hour."

馬雲要來美國干大事

特朗普誇自己創造了就業，菲亞特、福特等都要在美國建廠，一些葯企也要回歸，還有飛機項目在洽談中。當然，還有馬雲。

So we"ve been very, very much involved. And other things. We had Jack Ma. We had so many incredible people coming here. They"re going to do tremendous things in this country, and they"re very excited.

所以，美國正在和多方合作，還有其他的事。我們還有馬雲，有這麼多了不起的人來美國，他們要在美國做一些特別棒的事，他們也非常興奮。

不久前，特朗普剛和馬雲會面，馬雲表示要通過阿里巴巴把美國的小商品和農產品推向中國。特朗普相當滿意，會完面特朗普稱讚馬雲是：

A great, great entrepreneur and one of the best in the world.

是個非常棒的企業家，是世界上最好的企業家之一。

當然啦，特朗普說這都是他的功勞：

And I will say, if the election didn"t turn out the way it turned out, they would not be here, they would not be in my office or anybody else"s office.

我要說的是，如果大選不是這個結果，他們是不會來的，他們不會來我的或其他任何人的辦公室。

家族企業交給兩個兒子

特朗普當了總統，他龐大的家族企業要怎麼辦呢？總統和商人畢竟不能一起干。

特朗普早前可沒有這種意識，說憑什麼不能邊干總統邊做生意？不過近期似乎有點當總統的概念了？所以改口說已簽署文件退出企業管理，生意的事就交給兒子了。

Trump has said his two adult sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, will manage his businesses.

特朗普表示，他的兩個已成年的兒子，Donald Trump Jr.和Eric Trump將會管理他的企業。

而公司的生意則會經過審批再進行：

The Trump Organization, meanwhile, will not enter into any new deals abroad and all domestic deals will be subject to a heavy vetting process. The firm will also appoint a new ethics officer.

特朗普集團在海外也不會進行任何新交易，國內的生意則會經過一個嚴格的審批程序才可以進行。公司還會任命一個倫理官。

並承諾外國政府的錢都會上交國家：

He is going to voluntarily donate all profits from foreign government payments made to his hotels to the United States Treasury.

他還準備自願將旗下酒店收到的外國政府付款都捐給財政部。

不過，如果兒子管不好企業怎麼辦？特朗普說，他會毫不猶豫地說出他的那句名言（catch-phrase）："You"re fired!"（你被炒了）

對了，特朗普家族還有個事。

就在昨天，特朗普任命了女婿Jared Kushner（賈里德·庫什納）為白宮高級顧問（senior adviser），被指「任人唯親」，違反了《反裙帶關係法》（anti-nepotism law）。

對此，特朗普團隊辯稱，這一法律並不適用於白宮人事安排，因為白宮不屬於政府部門或機構。而且當年柯林頓不也讓自己老婆希拉里當白宮醫保團隊負責人嘛，何況庫什納還不拿薪水白乾活呢。

至於女兒伊萬卡，特朗普表示，由於丈夫將成為特朗普的高級顧問，所以她也將辭去公司的管理工作（step down from her executive job），和家人一起搬往華盛頓特區。
