修 行 之 要

Practice refers to taking advantage of ourselves in origin,and helping others secondly.

People around you are the sentient beings who are most predestined with you.

所謂修行，

第一是把握自己，

第二是幫助別人。

你身邊的人，

是與你最有緣分的眾生。

If you have abilities and the convenience,

we should benefit them more frequently.

In this way, we put Buddhism into practice, which is the best way to promote Buddhism.

如果有能力並且方便，

請多去利益他們。

把佛理兌現為行動，

這是弘揚佛法最好的方式。
