《亞洲法律雜誌》公布了2017年「中國十五佳律師新星」榜單。金杜律師事務所銀行與融資業務合伙人馬峰律師憑藉優異的執業表現和廣泛的客戶好評，從一百多位參選律師中脫穎而出，躋身該榜單。《亞洲法律雜誌》每年針對中國法律服務市場40歲以下的精英律師，基於他們在過去一年的重要成就、近年服務過的客戶和重大交易、所獲榮譽以及客戶和同業人士對其個人的評價，最終評選出15位律師新星。

Partner Ma Feng from King & Wood Mallesons (KWM)』s Banking and Finance practice team stood out from over a hundred candidates and was named one of the 2017 China Top 15 Rising Lawyers by Asian Legal Business (ALB) due to his outstanding performance and clients』 compliment. ALB selects 15 winners from top-level lawyers under the age of 40 in China』s legal market each year based on their major achievements over the last 12 months, clients and important transactions they advised on in recent years, accolades they received, and comments from clients and peers.

馬峰律師在銀行與融資領域擁有超過10年的紮實經驗，專註於銀行業務、項目融資、國內及國際貸款業務以及金融機構設立，尤其在飛機及設備融資租賃業務方面取得眾多佳績和良好的客戶口碑。僅過去十二個月內，馬律師就主導了數個飛機及航空領域的「首單」租賃項目，其中包括代表國家開發銀行河南省分行完成首單俄羅斯飛機融資項目；代表海通恆信租賃完成愛爾蘭飛機租賃平台首次交易；協助國內市場首單以集合財產權信託計劃為載體的飛機租賃資產證券化項目—「2016 年中誠信託中飛租上海集合信託計劃」完成設立等。

With over a decade of solid experience in banking and finance, Ma Feng specializes in banking, project finance, domestic and international lending, and establishment of financial institutions, and has outstanding achievements and reputation in aircraft and equipment financing in particular. Over the last 12 months alone, Ma Feng has led and participated in numerous aircraft and aviation financing and leasing projects, making several 「firsts」 in the sector. These transactions include China Development Bank Henan Branch』s first Russian aircraft financing project, the inaugural transaction on Haitong UniTrust International Leasing Corporation』s Irish aircraft leasing platform, and the launch of 「2016 China Credit Trust-China Aircraft Leasing Shanghai Collective Trust Plan」, the first aircraft lease securitization via collective property trust in China.
