After six years , Kenneth Ko dedicated with Jin Lin Estates and Starwood Hotel Management Group , rendering St Regis Lijiang Villa the only chamber type of property in Greater China .St Regis Villa is located in the well-known culture heritage city : Lijiang .According to the land of the national capital Set the rare humanity and landscape together. With his brilliant taste of high quality,Kenneth Ko served as general consultant from overall planning to service and marketing,carefully micro-grasping and balancing between architecture,landscape and interior design. Besides preference,Kenneth Ko wants to build a powerful platform to spread Chinese traditional culture.

麗江瑞吉項目因其特殊的地理位置與人文背景，更賦予傳承歷史、展現納西民族特色的文化使命。設計團隊的初衷是將之打造成為具有高端質量的度假精品，使其具有獨一無二的市場號召力和價值定位。設計團隊如泉的思巧將別墅空間以善加利用，掌順中國傳統文化脈絡，以民族的樸素哲學，妝點高雅現奢居室，還原千年納西風情，更隨心搭配陳列和家私，或是不遠萬里尋覓一件飾品的偏執，堅持對品質的挑剔，終築成這五款禮遇世界的人文典範。

The project of St. Regis carries great responsibility to inherit history and dispaly the culture of Naxi people due to its special location and cultural background. We intended to build exquisite vacation villas with upper-scale quality and unique charisma . Kenneth Ko"s artful flow of thoughts made all the space best used , And complied with the rain of Chinese traditional culture . With the humble national philosophy . The decoration is elegant and luxurious,restoring the Naxi amorous feelings of thousands years. To dispaly more randomly of furniture,Or to make light of traveling from afar for one piece of ornament , Kenneth Ko"s insist on quality , Finally built the five courtesy culture paradigm of the word.
