最近學生會已經同意成立一個英語俱樂部，以提高學生們的英語水平並為全國英語演講比賽做準備。

在夏季，將有許多英語講座和會議，而且《寫作的秘密》的作者、世界知名的英語專家X先生已經同意給我們進行培訓。學校里的任何人都可以參加俱樂部，只需在月底之前填寫申請表並提供兩張護照規格的照片。

成立大會將於2017年5月29日周一下午5點在學生活動中心舉行。

現場表演和電視轉播哪個更精彩？（第三部分）

When watching a performance in person, a viewer feels a closer sense of connection to the event. Every fan in the situation will always leap to their feet when they see their favorite team score a goal in a soccer match, while only a few people might jump up watching the same goal at home.

當現場看一場表演時，觀看者感覺到演出與他們更接近。足球比賽中，體育場里的每一個球迷在看到他們心愛的球隊得分時都會從椅子上跳起來，可是在家裡看到同一個進球的人卻很少會跳起來。

Watching a music performance on television would not necessarily make people want to start dancing, but hearing a jazz band play live would start every foot in the room tapping , just itching to dance--everyone plays an important role in the performance.

看到電視里的音樂表演未必會讓觀眾想跳舞，但是現場聽爵士樂隊的演奏卻會使在場的每個人都用腳打著節拍、心癢得想跳舞。這時，每個人都是這場演出中的重要角色。

Live events seem to invite the active participation of the viewing audience, while television is a medium that encourages passivity on the part of the viewer.

現場演出似乎在邀請現場觀眾主動參與，而電視則是一種鼓勵觀眾被動享受的媒體。

Live performance or television broadcast, which is more enjoyable? (Part four)

The understanding of a performance viewed on television is usually limited. A rock performance viewed live has ear-shatteringly loud music. While some people might not enjoy this, it is a part of the experience that television filters out. At any given time during a sporting event there are many different things going on at once. Because television cameras can only focus on one event at a time, a live viewer can take in a large field of vision, and potentially understand more about the events.

Finally, live viewer s understanding of live performances is increased because live performances are not interrupt with commercial breaks every 12 minutes. There won t be blank time which make us annoyed.
